发明内容
本实用新型涉及一种引线框架用的铜带，采用双凸肩结构，不但提高了生产效率，同时便于质量控制，有利于成品率的提高。
本实用新型采用了以下技术方案：一种引线框架用的铜带，它包括平带，在平带上设有两个互相对称的凸肩。
所述平带和凸肩的材料为KFC紫铜；所述平带的长度为300m，宽度为65.8mm；所述凸肩的厚度为1.27mm，宽度为11.7mm，凸肩的两边分别有30°的斜度；所述平带宽度方向被两个凸肩分隔成三部分，外面两部分的宽度分别为19.2mm，中间部分的宽度为4mm。
本实用新型具有以下有益效果：本实用新型采用双凸肩结构，与凸肩单铜带相比，生产效率提高2.2倍，成品率提高两个百分点。
