具体实施方式
[0010] 下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
[0011] 本实用新型的实施应根据图示和有关冷风扇的安全技术规范进行,超声波水雾化器4和补给水箱8均为现有成熟技术,只是被利用来对冷风扇产品构造进行改进。本实施例中,超声波水雾化器4所产生的水雾由水雾输送管6输入冷风扇壳体1内,并在水雾输送管6的出口装具有四个出雾头的布雾器9 ;对补给水箱8进行了改进,增装了补水口 10、补水阀11和进水阀12,以方便对补给水箱8本身进行补灌新水。在对补给水箱8进行补灌水时,必须先关闭进水阀12,才能开启补水阀11再从补水口 10补灌水新;补水完后,必须先关闭补水阀11,再开户进水阀12,让补充水箱8进入由负压控制水位的工作状态。本实用新型在使用时,先开启风扇,再开启超声波水雾化器4,这时就有大量的水雾由布雾器9喷出散布于冷风扇壳体1内的风道中;由进风口 3流入的气流就和这些水雾进行湿交换后,变为相对湿度很高的气流。这些湿气流一旦进入相对湿度低的环境,其中的多余水份会迅速汽化而带走大量潜热,使气流的温度降低;同时,气流中少量未汽化的多余水份可对环境给予增湿处理。
Claims (3)
1. 一种超声波雾化水给湿的冷风扇,包括冷风扇壳体,所述冷风扇壳体上装有出风口和进风口,其特征是,设有超声波水雾化器,在所述超声波水雾化器上装有软垫密封进水口和水雾输送管,所述水雾输送管接入所述冷风扇壳体内、其出雾口置于所述进风口内的风道中;设有补给水箱、其出水口扣置于所述软垫密封进水口上;所述超声波水雾化器的受电端由电源线与市电接通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种超声波雾化水给湿的冷风扇,其特征是,所述水雾输送管的出雾口上装有至少具有二个出雾头的布雾器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种超声波雾化水给湿的冷风扇,其特征是,所述补给水箱上装有补水口,同时,于所述补水口与所述补给水箱间设有补水阀、于所述软垫密封进水口内设有进水阀。
