本实用新型的目的是要提供一种会旋转的玩偶。会旋转的玩偶是将吉祥物制成玩偶，在玩偶的脚底部位固定一块磁铁；另在一个设盖的圆盒内设一个由干电池驱动的微型电动机，在微型电动机与干电池中间用导线连接一个开关，开关固定在圆盒的侧面；微型电动机的传动轴向上，传动轴杆的顶端插入一个圆盘背面上的一个偏心插孔中；圆盘的上面固定一块磁铁。使用时，将玩偶站立着放在圆盒上面，按动开关，圆盒内的微型电动机启动，使圆盘旋转，由于，圆盘与微型电动机的传动轴是偏心连接的，所以圆盘在圆盒内是以偏心方式旋转的，于是使圆盒上面的玩偶在圆盒盖上转圈。引发人们对吉祥物玩偶产生更大的兴趣，也会扩大吉祥物的宣传范围。
