本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：由握手板、半圆硬球、刷毛组成，其特征在于握手板左边留有刷毛，握手板右边留有半圆硬球，使用时用手握住握手板，即可用刷毛刷衣物，同理，即可用半圆硬球搓衣物。
本实用新型的有益效果是设计简单，成本低廉，实用性较大。
