本实用新型涉及到一种水温水位传感器，尤其是一种用于检测太阳能热水器水箱内水温水位的传感器。
背景技术
水温水位传感器设置在太阳能热水器的水箱内，用于检测水箱内的水温和水位。现有一种葡萄串状水温水位传感器，其结构包括水温水位感测电路、端部撑杆、硅胶管和不锈钢感应极，水温水位感测电路穿过端部撑杆和硅胶管，各不锈钢感应极分别与水温水位感测电路导通相连，位于最外侧端的不锈钢感应极作为公共电极与硅胶管密封相连。使用过程中，由于长期浸在水箱中，不锈钢感应管的外壁上容易积垢，从而影响到传感器的灵敏度、工作稳定性和使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提出一种工作稳定可靠、灵敏度高、使用寿命长的葡萄串状水温水位传感器。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型一种葡萄串状水温水位传感器包括水温水位感测电路、端部撑杆、硅胶管、不锈钢感应极和导电硅胶段，所述水温水位感测电路穿过端部撑杆和硅胶管，所述硅胶管与所述端部撑杆密封相连，各不锈钢感应极分别与水温水位感测电路通过导线密封导通相连，位于最外侧端的不锈钢感应极作为公共电极与硅胶管密封相连，所述导电硅胶段包覆在所述不锈钢感应极的外部并相互导通。
上述一种葡萄串状水温水位传感器，它还包括不锈钢丝圈，所述不锈钢丝圈套设在所述硅胶管上，所述不锈钢感应极与水温水位感测电路相连的所述导线穿过所述各不锈钢丝圈后定位。
本实用新型由于采用了上述技术方案，不锈钢感应极的外部套接导电硅胶段后，导电硅胶段也同时作为水位感应电极的一部分，既使传感器工作久后不锈钢感应极上结上水垢，导电硅胶段仍能感测到水位情况，并通过与之导通相连的不锈钢感应极传递到工作电路，保证了传感器工作的灵敏度，工作稳定可靠，延长了传感器的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型葡萄串状水温水位传感器包括水温水位感测电路1、不锈钢端部撑杆2、硅胶管3、不锈钢感应极4、导电硅胶段5和不锈钢丝圈6，水温水位感测电路1穿过不锈钢端部撑杆2和硅胶管3，硅胶管3与不锈钢端部撑杆2的连接部位用密封材料固定。各不锈钢感应极4分别与水温水位感测电路1通过导线7导通相连，两者的连接部位用密封材料固定。位于最外侧端的不锈钢感应极41作为公共电极与硅胶管3相连，两者的连接部位用密封材料固定。导电硅胶段5包覆在不锈钢感应极4的外部并相互导通。各不锈钢丝圈6套设在硅胶管3上（不锈钢丝圈6的数量可与除公共电极外的不锈钢感应极41的数量相对应），导线7穿过各不锈钢丝圈6后定位。

1.一种葡萄串状水温水位传感器，包括水温水位感测电路、端部撑杆、硅胶管和不锈钢感应极，所述水温水位感测电路穿过端部撑杆和硅胶管，所述硅胶管与所述端部撑杆密封相连，各不锈钢感应极分别与水温水位感测电路密封导通相连，位于最外侧端的不锈钢感应极作为公共电极与硅胶管密封相连，其特征在于，它还包括导电硅胶段，所述导电硅胶段包覆在所述不锈钢感应极的外部并相互导通。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种葡萄串状水温水位传感器，其特征在于，它还包括不锈钢丝圈，所述不锈钢丝圈套设在所述硅胶管上，所述不锈钢感应极与水温水位感测电路相连的所述导线穿过所述各不锈钢丝圈后定位。
