背景技术
日本专利《放电灯》所公开的技术:在电极结构上,阳极和阴极近距离设置且相互平行(专利号:200810091516.6,日本东京株式会社ORC制作所)。 
发明内容
背景技术将造成辉放电弧短路,阴极分解难以完成。并且,在放电空间形成匀强电场,使放电直接落入正柱区而促使电极位降增大,芯柱内导丝赤热。为了克服背景技术的缺陷,本实用新型采取了如下技术方案: 
1、一种纳米陶瓷节能荧光灯管,其特征在于:所述灯管的灯丝上套装有纳米陶瓷罐;且,此陶瓷罐表面涂覆有稀土纳米电子粉浆。灯管工作时此陶瓷罐表面的电子粉发射高浓度的电子,激发荧光灯管发出强烈的光,从而提高了灯管的光效。 
2、根据技术方案1所述的纳米陶瓷节能荧光灯管,其特征在于:所述灯管的灯丝为三螺旋结构,U型形状。灯管在工作时电极间分布非匀强电场,有效缓解了芯柱内导丝的赤热问题,从而提高了灯管的使用寿命。

本实用新型公开了一种纳米陶瓷节能荧光灯管,其特征在于:灯 管的U形灯丝上套装有纳米陶瓷罐,此陶瓷罐表面涂覆有稀土纳米电子粉浆。灯管工作时此陶瓷罐表面的电子粉发射高浓度的电子,激发灯管发出强烈的光芒,从而大幅度地提高了灯管的光效和使用寿命,实现了节能荧光灯管高光效、长寿命、低成本的有益效果。

具体实施方式 
1、参照图1,做好灯的纳米陶瓷罐1。 
具体做法是:取纳米陶瓷材料为原料,按照陶瓷制造工艺成型、烧结、抛光、清洗,制成瓷罐。之后,在此瓷罐表面均匀地涂覆一层稀土纳米电子粉浆。 
2、参照图1,做好灯的灯丝2。 
具体做法是:取一根直径为0.3mm,长度为19mm的钨丝,在上面均匀地绕制1~3层直径为0.1mm的钨丝,并将其弯成U型。然后,在已经绕制好的钨丝圈的缝隙中涂覆适量的稀土纳米电子粉浆。 
3、参照图1,做好灯的芯柱3。 
具体做法与传统荧光灯芯柱的做法相同,在此不再介绍。 
4、参照图2,做好灯的玻璃管4。 
具体做法与传统荧光灯的玻璃管的做法相同,在此不再介绍。 
5、参照图1、2,将已经做好的灯丝2焊接于灯的芯柱3的内导丝上,并在其灯丝2上安装好纳米陶瓷罐1。然后,将灯的芯柱3与灯的玻璃管4烧封完好。 
6、用真空泵通过芯柱排气管抽灯管内的气体,并且给灯丝2通电,加热灯丝2及陶瓷罐1,以除去杂质气体。之后,在灯内充入适量的氩气或氩气和氪气的混合气体,注入汞丸、烧封灯芯柱上的玻璃排气管。 
7、装好灯头,点亮灯管,检测灯管的质量。至此,就完成了本实用新型的制造。

1.一种纳米陶瓷节能荧光灯管,其特征在于:所述灯管的灯丝上套装有纳米陶瓷罐;且,此陶瓷罐表面涂覆有稀土纳米电子粉浆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纳米陶瓷节能荧光灯管,其特征在于:所述灯管的灯丝为三螺旋结构,U型形状。
