本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:由风速控制器、电动机、风扇、开关、底盘组成,其特征在于底盘内留有充电电池,充电电池连接开关,开关连接风速控制器,风速控制器连接电动机,电动机连接风扇,使用时开启开关即可,当电池使用至无电后,从底盘里取出进行充电即可。 
本实用新型的有益效果是设计简单,成本低廉,实用性较大。
