Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种具有防水功能的卡门电能表。主要由卡门、软胶条、面壳组成，在面壳上设有一个卡槽口，卡门安装在面壳上，卡门上设有一软胶条，两者是一个整体零件，通过注塑成型，软胶条在卡门上的位置对应面壳上卡槽口的位置，且其尺寸大于卡槽口的相应尺寸。由于软胶条容易变形，能将卡槽口周边平面紧密贴合，从而阻止面壳上的水流入电能表内。本实用新型解决了现有技术中带IC卡预付费的电能表不能防水的缺陷，结构简单，密封严实，能够实现防水。

本实用新型涉及一种具有防水功能的卡门电能表。
背景技术
目前，带IC卡预付费的电能表是很普遍的一种表。这种表的IC卡卡槽处都是不防水的，原来的卡门都是硬胶的。当电能表淋雨时，雨水容易从卡门和面壳的间隙处流进电能表内部，雨水流入电能表内部后容易造成如下多个缺陷：
1、电气部分容易短路，甚至烧表起火，造成安全隐患；
2、给某些电力用户提供了窃电的机会；
3、降低电能表防尘试验和高温高湿试验的合格率；
4、不能满足国家标准防尘防水等级IP54要求。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术中IC卡预付费使用的电能表不具有防水功能，本实用新型提供一种具有防水功能的卡门电能表。
本实用新型提供的这种具有防水功能的卡门电能表，主要由卡门、软胶条、面壳组成，面壳上设有一个卡槽口，卡门组装在面壳上。其方法是设计制作一种带有软胶条的卡门，卡门和软胶条是一个整体零件，通过注塑成型。软胶条在卡门上的位置对应面壳上卡槽口的位置，且其尺寸大于卡槽口的相应尺寸。通过软胶条与面壳紧密贴合将卡槽口密封，从而达到防水的效果。
本实用新型解决了现有技术中IC卡预付费不能防水的缺陷，结构简单，密封严实，同时能够实现防水。

本实用新型主要是由卡门1、软胶条2、面壳3组成，在面壳3上设有一个卡槽口4，卡门1安装在面壳3上；卡门1上带有一个长方形的软胶条2，两者为一个整体零件，通过注塑成型；软胶条2在卡门1上的位置对应面壳3上卡槽口4的位置，且其尺寸大于卡槽口4的相应尺寸。
由于软胶条2容易变形，能使其与卡槽口4周边的平面紧密贴合，堵住卡槽口4，阻止面壳3上的水流入电能表内，从而达到防水的目的。

1.一种具有防水功能的卡门电能表，包括卡门（1）、面壳（3）；卡门（1）组装在面壳（3）上，面壳（3）上设有卡槽口（4），其特征在于所述卡门（1）上带有软胶条（2），软胶条（2）在卡门（1）上的位置对应面壳（3）上卡槽口（4）的位置，且其尺寸大于卡槽口（4）的相应尺寸。
2.如权利要求1所述具有防水功能的卡门电能表，其特征在于所述卡门（1）和软胶条（2）为一个整体零件，通过注塑成型。
