技术领域
本实用新型涉及工业锅炉的结构技术领域,具体为一种高温烟道进口的烟气温度调节结构。
背景技术
现有的余热烟气发电锅炉在调试时通过控制余热烟气的烟气量来调节,但由于过热器布置于高温烟室段,而这时烟气温度很难控制,在过热器还没有蒸汽冷却保护的情况下,过热器管子经常会因为壁温过高而产生爆管现象,使得锅炉无法正常工作。
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种高温烟道进口的烟气温度调节结构,其使得调试时进入到过热器的烟气温度低,过热器管子不会产生爆管,确保锅炉的正常工作。
一种高温烟道进口的烟气温度调节结构,其技术方案是这样的:其包括高温烟道、烟气闸板阀、过热器,所述烟气闸板阀位于所述高温烟道的进口处,其特征在于:所述高温烟道靠近所述烟气闸板阀的圆周均布有冷却风排管,所述冷却风排管连通位于所述高温烟道外部的冷却风主管,所述冷却风主管的进口安装有蝶阀,所述冷却风排管的靠近所述烟气闸板阀的所述高温烟道内壁安装有挡烟墙。
采用本实用新型的结构后,调试时,用烟气闸板阀调节烟气量,当高温烟气进入高温烟道时,打开蝶阀,冷风通过冷却风主管和冷却风排管进入烟道内,冷却风排管沿高温烟道圆周布置,冷风与高温烟气充分混合,把高温烟气温度调节到500℃左右后,进入过热器,调试锅炉,当锅炉产生一定量蒸汽后,能够保证过热器管子不会超温时,关闭蝶阀,整个调节过程结束,其使得调试时进入到过热器的烟气温度低,过热器管子不会产生爆管,确保锅炉的正常工作。

见图1,其包括高温烟道1、烟气闸板阀2、过热器3,烟气闸板阀2位于高温烟道1的进口处,高温烟道1靠近烟气闸板阀2的内圆周均布有冷却风排管4,冷却风排管4连通高温烟道1外部的冷却风主管5,冷却风主管5的进口安装有蝶阀6,冷却风排管4的靠近烟气闸板阀2的高温烟道1内壁安装有挡烟墙7。
