技术领域
本实用新型涉及路灯技术领域,具体涉及的是一种可降低风阻力且扩大光照范围的LED路灯灯头。
背景技术
传统的路灯,其路灯光源大多是采用大功率的水银灯、金卤灯或高压钠灯等,其光源中大多含有有害物质,容易造成环境污染,而且还存在使用时耗电量大、使用寿命短、维修费用高等缺点。
于是不少厂家推出了利用LED作为光源的LED路灯,而在面对高效率的LED路灯的设计上,还要考虑其受风阻力所造成的损坏及LED路灯的光照范围。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术的不足,提供一种结构设计合理,有效降低风阻力及光照范围广的结构改良的LED路灯灯头。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现:结构改良的LED路灯灯头,主要是由外壳体、LED驱动电源、设在外壳体正面的透光板及装置在外壳体内的阵列式LED光源组成。
LED驱动电源安装在外壳体后面外侧上。
所述外壳体呈圆弧面状,LED光源数量为若干个,且依据外壳体圆弧面状的流线形分别均匀地阵列在外壳体内的正面;外壳体后面的外测设有若干条散热片,外壳体后面外侧的散热片上还设有一空心凸部,且该空心凸部还安装有五彩的LED灯。
本实用新型的有益效果体现在于:外壳体圆弧面状流线设计,有利用降低风阻力的同时,也使得安装在外壳体内的阵列式的LED光源照射出来的光线强、光照范围广等优点。

具体实施方式
如图1及图2所示,结构改良的LED路灯灯头,主要是由外壳体1、LED驱动电源2、设在外壳体1正面的透光板3及装置在外壳体1内的阵列式LED光源4组成。
LED驱动电源2安装在外壳体1后面外侧上。
所述外壳体1呈圆弧面状11,LED光源4数量为若干个且依据外壳体4圆弧面状44的流线形分别均匀地阵列在外壳体1内的正面;外壳体1后面的外测设有若干条散热片12,外壳体1后面外侧的散热片12上还设有一空心凸部13,且该空心凸部13还安装有五彩的LED灯。
本实用新型LED路灯灯头可直接安装在路边的灯杆上使用,外壳体的圆弧面有效地降低了风阻力,减少了灯头的损坏,同时灯光照射强,照射范围广等特点。

1.结构改良的LED路灯灯头,主要是由外壳体、LED驱动电源、设在外壳体正面的透光板及装置在外壳体内的阵列式LED光源组成;其特征在于:外壳体呈圆弧面状,LED光源依据外壳体圆弧面状的流线形分别均匀地阵列在外壳体内的正面;外壳体后面的外测设有若干条散热片,外壳体后面外侧的散热片上还设有一空心凸部,且该空心凸部还安装有五彩的LED灯;LED驱动电源安装在外壳体后面的外侧上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的结构改良的LED路灯灯头,其特征在于:LED光源数量为若干个。
