Abstract

带排污阀的三角形地热过滤阀。阀体为三通式，横腔为进出水腔，斜腔为过滤腔，斜腔内有一个圆柱形过滤网插到横腔内，斜腔下端螺纹固定一个堵头，其特征在于在堵头上固定一个排污阀。采用本结构，可随时手动打开排污阀排放污物，不用关闭总阀门，也不用任何工具，操作非常方便，用户可经常排污，可有效防止杂质、污物挂在管壁上，从而减少管道清洗次数。

本实用新型属于地热用阀门。
背景技术
目前，地热采暖方式已在我国北方普遍使用。地热采用较细、较长的管为散热体，为防止热水中的杂物挂在管壁上影响散热效果要对供热管网的进户热水进行过滤，三角地热过滤阀是在阀体的过滤腔内设置一个过滤网，过滤阀的腔的下端有一个螺纹结构的堵头，用工具旋开堵头便将过滤下来的污物排出。该阀门排污时操作复杂，一方面要关闭进户的总阀门，同时还要使用工具将堵头卸下，排污完成后再将堵头安上。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种排污简便、带排污阀的三角形地热过滤阀，本实用新型的技术方案如附图所示，阀体为三通式，横腔为进出水腔，斜腔为过滤腔，斜腔内有一个圆柱形过滤网插到横腔内，斜腔下端螺纹固定一个堵头，其特征在于在堵头上固定一个排污阀。采用本结构，可随时手动打开排污阀排放污物，不用闭总阀门，也不用任何工具，操作非常方便，用户可经常排污，可有效防止杂质、污物挂在管壁上，减少地热管的清洗次数。

具体实施方式
如附图所示，阀体为三通式，有横、斜两个相通的腔体，横腔为进出水腔，横腔左端为进水端，右端为出水端。斜腔为过滤腔，斜腔内有一个圆柱形过滤网插到横腔内，使横腔进水端与出水端被过滤网挡住，斜腔下端螺纹固定一个堵头，堵头上有一个螺纹孔，孔内螺纹固定一个旋塞阀作为排污阀。
