Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种热电式熄火保护电磁阀与热电偶连接装置,热电式熄火保护电磁阀与热电偶连接装置包括正极连接插件(2.3)和电磁阀外电极(3.1),正极连接插件(2.3)插接在电磁阀外电极(3.1)的孔内。本实用新型采用正极连接插件(2.3)插入电磁阀外电极(3.1)孔内的插接方式,在电磁阀外电极(3.1)规格确定的情况下,将正极连接插件(2.3)的外径变小,减小了热电偶插接件的体积,降低了成本。

本实用新型涉及一种燃气具设备,尤其涉及一种热电式熄火保护电磁阀与热电偶连接装置。
背景技术
现有的热电式熄火保护电磁阀与热电偶连接装置,是通过电磁阀内电极与热电偶插接件的负极连接插件插接,电磁阀外电极与热电偶插接件的正极连接插件插接,并且该正极连接插件套在电磁阀外电极上。由于本行业采用的电磁阀外电极一般为确定规格,采用此种插接方式时,将正极连接插件套在电磁阀外电极上,势必造成正极连接插件直径偏大,即热电偶插接件体积偏大,需要的安装空间更多,成本较高。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种更小巧更轻便的热电式熄火保护电磁阀与热电偶连接装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种热电式熄火保护电磁阀与热电偶连接装置,包括正极连接插件和电磁阀外电极,其特征在于:所述正极连接插件插接在电磁阀外电极的孔内。
作为优选,所述正极连接插件的外径比电磁阀外电极内孔孔径小0.05-0.2mm。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本产品采用正极连接插件插入电磁阀外电极内,在电磁阀外电极规格确定的情况下,将正极连接插件的外径变小,减小了热电偶插接件的体积,降低了成本。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,一种热电式熄火保护电磁阀与热电偶连接装置,包括热电偶1,热电偶插接件2,电磁阀3,电磁阀3含有电磁阀外电极3.1和电磁阀内电极3.2,热电偶插接件由正极连接插件2.3、负极连接插件2.2通过塑胶件2.1连接而成,热电偶1内置于热电偶插接件2。
如图1、图2所示,安装时,电磁阀内电极3.2与负极连接插件2.2插接,电磁阀外电极3.1与正极连接插件2.3插接,且正极连接插件2.3插接在电磁阀外电极3.1的孔内。
正极连接插件2.3的外径比电磁阀外电极3.1内孔孔径小,例如小0.1mm。

1.一种热电式熄火保护电磁阀与热电偶连接装置,包括正极连接插件(2.3)和电磁阀外电极(3.1),其特征在于:所述正极连接插件(2.3)插接在电磁阀外电极(3.1)的孔内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种热电式熄火保护电磁阀与热电偶连接装置,其特征在于:所述正极连接插件(2.3)的外径比电磁阀外电极(3.1)内孔孔径小0.05-0.2mm。
