Abstract

一种电热墙体板,包括内墙板、外墙板,其特点是在内墙板内夹装有导热板,导热板内嵌装有电热线,内墙板和外墙板之间夹装有保温层,保温层装有内墙板与外墙板之间的连接板,电热线在导热板中回转绕盘,电热线的两端头接有外联导线。它解决了普通墙体板功能单一的问题,广泛适应于装饰墙壁和临时房屋建筑使用。

本实用新型涉及家庭等室墙壁建筑装修领域,具体的说是一种用于装饰墙壁和临时房屋建筑的墙壁板质材料。
背景技术
目前的普通墙体板,都是用石粉等材料混合挤压而成,只有单一装饰美化支撑作用。
发明内容
本实用新型为解决普通墙体板功能单一的问题,设计一种能够兼作取暖保温作用的夹层墙壁建设材料。
本实用新型的技术方案是,一种电热墙体板,包括内墙板、外墙板,其特殊之处是,在内墙板内夹装有导热板,导热板内嵌装有电热线,内墙板和外墙板之间夹装有保温层,保温层装有内墙板与外墙板之间的连接板,电热线在导热板中回转绕盘,电热线的两端头接有外联导线。
当墙体板被利用构成墙壁以后,若要取暖则先利用电热线的外联导线接通外电源,使电热线发热给导热板加热,导热板吸热并传递到外围的内墙板,内墙板吸热后散发到室内。内墙板和外墙板之间的保温层起隔热作用,防止热能外传;保温层内的连接板将内墙板、外墙板联接,形成一体状。
本实用新型的技术效果是,采用上述的技术方案,可以实现一种既可起到支撑装饰作用,又可作为取暖保温的墙体板材。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图实施例,对本实用新型进一步说明。
如图所示,在内墙板1内夹装有导热板4,导热板4内嵌装有电热线3,内墙板1和外墙板7之间夹有保温层5,保温层5装有内墙板1与外墙板7之间的连接板6,电热线3在导热板4中回转绕盘,电热线3的两端头接有外联导线2。
当墙体板被利用构成墙壁以后,若要取暖则先利用电热线3的外联导线2接通外电源,使电热线3发热给导热板4加热,导热板4吸热并传递到外围的内墙板1,内墙板1吸热后散发到室内。内墙板1和外墙板7之间的保温层5起隔热作用,防止热能外传;保温层5内的连接板6将内墙板1、外墙板7联接,形成一体状。
