本实用新型涉及一种除尘装置，特别是粘胶短纤中的一种精开棉机除尘装置。
背景技术
粘胶短纤生产中，纤维在经过烘干后，经送棉风机送往精开棉机，精开棉机顶部有排气罩网，用于泄除送棉风机送过来的空气，很多灰尘及小部分纤维会随空气从过滤罩网中排出，飞散在空气中，导致车间到处都是飞毛，影响现场环境，且灰尘及飞毛会随处飘落，部分会再次进入产品，影响产品质量。
实用新型内容
本实用新型其目的就在于克服以上缺陷而提供一种精开棉机除尘装置，不仅能将精开棉机排气罩排出的灰层及飞毛收集，避免飞散在空气中，而且可以改善现场环境，提升产品质量。
本实用新型为了实现上述目的而采取的技术方案，包括灰尘收集罩，灰尘收集罩上设有风管与除尘器连接，除尘器上设有排气风机。
所述的除尘器连接风管的一端呈喇叭状，另一端呈圆柱状并与排气风机相连。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果在于，不仅能将精开棉机排气罩排出的灰层及飞毛收集，避免飞散在空气中，而且可以改善现场环境，提升产品质量。

具体实施方式
实施例，如图1所示，包括灰尘收集罩1，灰尘收集罩1设有风管2与除尘器3连接，除尘器３上设有排气风机4，排风机将除尘后的空气排出室外，所述的除尘器连接风管的一端呈喇叭状，另一端呈圆柱状并与排气风机相连，除尘风机电机设有变频器，便于调节风量。
工作原理，在精开棉机排气罩外部安装灰尘收集罩1，收集罩连接风管2，风管再连接到除尘器3，除尘器再和排气风机4连接，开启排气风机后，精开棉机排气罩排出的灰层被抽往除尘器，除尘器能将灰尘收集，经除尘后的空气经风机排出。为了使送棉风机和除尘风机的风量达到平衡，除尘风机的电机安装有变频器，便于调节风量。这种系统结构简单，能有效收集精开棉机产生的灰层及飞毛，从而改善现场环境，提升产品质量。

1.一种精开棉机除尘装置，其特征在于，包括灰尘收集罩（1），灰尘收集罩（1）设有风管（2）与除尘器（3）连接，除尘器（3）上设有排气风机（4）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种精开棉机除尘装置，其特征在于，所述的除尘器（3）连接风管（2）的一端呈喇叭状，另一端呈圆柱状并与排气风机（4）相连。
