本实用新型涉及带式输送机,特别是输送机的传动滚筒。
背景技术
带式输送机是散状物料输送的重要设备,广泛用于电力、冶金、化工、煤炭、矿山和港口等领域。带式输送机是利用摩擦原理来实现机械传动的,即是依靠传动滚筒与输送带之间的摩擦力带动输送带运行,属于挠性摩擦传动。挠性摩擦传动受摩擦副挠性元件与驱动元件之间的接触性及表面材料的影响,容易出现打滑、蠕动等现象,在带式输送机中主要表现为输送带与驱动滚筒间打滑和跑偏。目前避免滚筒与输送带打滑的主要方法是增大摩擦力,常用方式有三种:一是提高输送带初拉力;二是增大滚筒围包角;三是增大摩擦系数。但是,提高初拉力,必须提高输送带规格,且容易损坏滚筒、缩短轴承寿命;增大围包角需要提高成本;增大摩擦系统的缺陷是传动滚筒的包覆层磨损严重,容易脱离。
发明内容
本实用新型针对现有技术中输送机滚筒与输送带容易打滑,包覆层容易磨损、脱离等缺陷,设计一种增加包覆层与筒体间的结合性,增大摩擦力的传动滚筒。技术方案是:一种带式输送机传动滚筒,包括传动轴、筒体,在筒体外圈表面热铸有复合胶层。
所述的胶层厚10-20mm,可以是硅胶,也可以是橡胶。
本实用新型的有益效果是:在滚筒筒体的外圈表面热铸有复合胶层,提高了包覆层与筒体的结合力,增加了摩擦力。能有效防止包覆层与筒体脱离,提高了输送机的运输能力,

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明:
如图1所示,本实用新型一种带式输送机传动滚筒,由传动轴1、轴承座2、轴承3、筒体4、复合胶层5构成。复合胶层5热铸在筒体4的外圈表面,厚15mm选用硅胶材料。
本实用新型采用热铸工艺将硅胶层牢固复合在筒体4上,增强了复合胶层5与筒体4的结合力,能有效防止胶层脱离。复合胶层5选用硅胶材料,利用硅胶的粘性提高滚筒与输送带的摩擦力,从而增大驱动力,达到提升输送能力的目的。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带式输送机传动滚筒,其特征是所述的胶层厚10-20mm,可以是硅胶,也可以是橡胶。
