振动筛是用于对物料进行筛分的设备，目前工业企业应用的金属筛网存在耐磨性差，容易腐蚀，噪音大，寿命短等缺陷。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种衬胶振动筛网，这种筛网耐磨性强，不易腐蚀，早已小，寿命长。 
本实用新型为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是：该筛网网面由金属衬板和耐磨材料构成，金属衬板上设有网孔，耐磨材料为PU，耐磨材料以衬胶工艺衬在金属衬板上。   
筛网网孔呈圆形，且均匀分布。
    本实用新型保存了原金属筛网的机械性能，而且还具有耐磨，防腐蚀，减震，无噪音，寿命长，成本低等优点。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示的振动筛筛网，该筛网网面由金属衬板（1）和耐磨材料（2）构成，金属衬板上设有网孔（3），筛网网孔（3）呈圆形，且均匀分布，耐磨材料（2）为PU，将耐磨材料（2）以衬胶工艺衬在金属衬板（1）上，相当于在原金属筛网的表面增加了耐磨材料PU，从而在保存了原金属筛网机械性能的基础上，使振动筛筛网更耐磨，防腐，噪音更小，寿命更长。

1.一种振动筛筛网，其特征在于：该筛网网面由金属衬板（1）和耐磨材料（2）构成，金属衬板上设有网孔（3），耐磨材料（2）为PU，耐磨材料（2）以衬胶工艺衬在金属衬板（1）上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的振动筛筛网，其特征在于：网孔（3）呈圆形，且均匀分布。
