Abstract

一种气溶胶灭火设备用电池启动控制系统，与灭火单元相连，包括电源、启动按钮、储能电路、限压启动延时电路，其特征在于：所述的电池启动控制系统还包括震荡升压电路、整流电路、开关电路；所述的电源是由独立电池组成的；所述的电源连接启动按钮、震荡升压电路，整流电路、储能电路、限压启动延时电路、开关电路依次相连。由于本实用新型采用独立的电池供电，克服了控制器市电供电受到外界干扰或者电压波动造成气溶胶误喷，同时解决了控制器的启动能力有限问题，启动台数可达20台，而且启动简单可靠。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及和应用于消防领域，专指一种气溶胶灭火设备的电池启动控制系统。
背景技术
随着现代化技术的不断发展，智能小区、智能大厦越来越多，自动灭火系统应用越来越广泛。气溶胶自动灭火系统因其具有无毒、无腐蚀、容积效率高，贮存周期长、全淹没、全方位灭火等特点而备受青睐。
但是目前在消防领域广泛应用的气溶胶自动灭火系统的启动方式都是通过控制器来提供电源并进行启动，这样存在以下几方面的问题，一是控制器容易受到外界干扰或者电压波动产生误动作因而造成气溶胶误喷，造成不必要的损失；二是控制器的启动能力有限，一般只能启动两台灭火装置，而一般的防护空间都在3台以上，不能直接满足需求；三是启动单元复杂，造成操作复杂且成本高。
所以在较大空间需使用3台以上灭火装置的情况下，需要一种控制稳定、启动能力强、启动单元简单易操作成本低的启动方式。
发明内容
针对以上大空间气溶胶灭火系统中启动方式存在的缺陷，本实用新型提供一种可以启动多台灭火装置的电池启动控制系统。
现将本实用新型技术解决方案为：
一种气溶胶灭火设备用电池启动控制系统，与灭火单元相连，包括电源、启动按钮、储能电路、限压启动延时电路，其特征在于：所述的电池启动控制系统还包括震荡升压电路、整流电路、开关电路；所述的电源是由独立电池组成的；所述的电源连接启动按钮、震荡升压电路、整流电路、储能电路、限压启动延时电路以及开关电路依次相连。
进一步的，一种气溶胶灭火设备用电池启动控制系统中所述的独立电池供电电压为1.5V-12V。
本实用新型的优点和效果：
1、本实用新型采用独立的电池供电，克服了控制器市电供电受到外界干扰或者电压波动造成气溶胶误喷；
2、本实用新型解决了控制器的启动能力有限问题，启动台数可达20台。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型进一步说明。
一种气溶胶灭火设备用电池启动控制系统，与灭火单元8相连，包括电源1、启动按钮2、储能电路5、限压启动延时电路6，其特征在于：所述的电池启动控制系统还包括震荡升压电路3、整流电路4、开关电路7；所述的电源1是由独立电池组成的；所述的电源1连接启动按钮2、震荡升压电路3，整流电路4、储能电路5、限压启动延时电路6、开关电路7依次相连。
本实用新型电源1采用独立电池供电电压为1.5V-12V，电路平常处于断开状态，当需要启动灭火装置时按下启动按钮2，此时给电路供电，震荡升压电路3开始工作产生50-300V的电压经整流电路4整流后，给储能电路5充电，当达到限压启动延时电路6预设的电压时，开始延时，延时后打开开关电路7，启动灭火单元8，开始灭火。

1.一种气溶胶灭火设备用电池启动控制系统，与灭火单元(8)相连，包括电源(1)、启动按钮(2)、储能电路(5)、限压启动延时电路(6)，其特征在于：所述的电池启动控制系统还包括震荡升压电路(3)、整流电路(4)、开关电路(7)；所述的电源(1)是由独立电池组成的；所述的电源(1)连接启动按钮(2)、震荡升压电路(3)、整流电路(4)、储能电路(5)、限压启动延时电路(6)以及开关电路(7)依次相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种气溶胶灭火设备用电池启动控制系统，其特征在于：所述的独立电池供电电压为1.5V-12V。
