为了达到本实用新型的目的，本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：由架体、挂钩、转轴、夹子组成，其特征在于架体上设有四个转轴，架体上设有挂钩，架体上设有三个夹子，当做衣架使用时，将架体摊平后套上衣服，再把挂钩挂在晾衣杆上即可，当做裤架使用时，将两端的架体围绕转轴向上翻折，待两端相触后形成一个三角形，再把裤子的裤腰处用夹子夹好，最后把挂钩挂在晾衣杆上即可。
本实用新型的有益效果是设计简单，方便可靠，实用性较大。
