本实用新型公开一种变电站内网络通讯系统,包括计算机和交换机,计算机用RJ45网线与交换机信号连接,交换机通过直流分电屏内的直流空开和供电用二次电缆作为信号通道与电气装置信号连接,在电气装置与直流分电屏之间设有载波滤波装置,载波滤波装置与电气装置有两条通道,其中一条通道为RJ45网线信号通道,另一条通道为直流供电通道。与现有技术相比,本实用新型RJ45的网线用量少,变电站内网络通讯系统施工量小,工程成本低,变电站内干净整洁。

技术领域
 本实用新型涉及一种网络通讯系统,尤其是一种变电站内网络通讯系统。
背景技术
现阶段变电站内各电气装置通过RJ45的网线连接交换机后,再通过交换机与后台计算机相联实现通讯及控制。
 因为变电站内有大量的电气装置因此要敷设大量RJ45的网线,造成变电站内施工量巨大,同时造成网线布置复杂化,出现问题后不方便检查处理。
因此,设计一种利用变电站内电气装置本身的二次电缆作为信号通道的变电站内网络通讯系统,是目前需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种利用变电站内电气装置本身的二次电缆作为信号通道的变电站内网络通讯系统。
本实用新型解决其技术问题的技术方案是:
变电站内网络通讯系统,包括计算机和交换机,计算机用RJ45网线与交换机信号连接,交换机通过直流分电屏内的直流空开和供电用二次电缆作为信号通道与电气装置信号连接,在电气装置与直流分电屏之间设有载波滤波装置,载波滤波装置与电气装置有两条通道,其中一条通道为RJ45网线信号通道,另一条通道为直流供电通道。
可行分析:
 变电站内电气装置本身都通过二次电缆连接到直流电源分电屏实现供电。在直流分电屏上对应每一个电气装置都有一路直流空开进行供电控制。
 现在考虑利用变电站内电气装置本身供电用的直流二次电缆进行网络数据传输。利用原有的供电用二次电缆作为通道,增加电力载波装置,在直流回路中叠加高频信号,后台控制用计算机通过电力载波装置直接从直流电源分电屏处获取信号并下发控制信号。
对于变电站内双网络的系统,除了本身通过直流供电回路载波作为一个通道外,还可以通过装置本身照明用的交流回路作为第二个网络通道实现双网络。
对于直流供电回路载波时需要在直流供电回路中为装置供电前增加一个高频滤波回路,滤除高频信号后为装置提供纯净的直流电源。而对于照明用的交流供电回路则不需要单独增加滤波回路。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型RJ45的网线用量少,变电站内网络通讯系统施工量小,工程成本低,变电站内干净整洁。

如图所示,变电站内网络通讯系统,包括计算机和交换机,计算机用RJ45网线与交换机信号连接,交换机通过直流分电屏内的直流空开和供电用二次电缆作为信号通道与电气装置信号连接,在电气装置与直流分电屏之间设有载波滤波装置,载波滤波装置与电气装置有两条通道,其中一条通道为RJ45网线信号通道,另一条通道为直流供电通道。

1.变电站内网络通讯系统,包括计算机和交换机,其特征在于:计算机用RJ45网线与交换机信号连接,交换机通过直流分电屏内的直流空开和供电用二次电缆作为信号通道与电气装置信号连接,在电气装置与直流分电屏之间设有载波滤波装置,载波滤波装置与电气装置有两条通道,其中一条通道为RJ45网线信号通道,另一条通道为直流供电通道。
