Abstract

本实用新型属于自动清洗装置领域。一种喷气式自动清洗太阳能电池板的装置,支架一端固定有导轨,导轨上滑动安装有滑块,滑块上固定安装有伸缩轴,伸缩轴端头通过连接板固定安装清洗毛刷。本实用新型装置构思独特,方便实用,通过圆形底板中喷出的气体和清洗毛刷上的旋转作用对太阳能电池板表面的灰尘进行清除,喷出的气体不仅可带动灰尘运动,使得灰尘在清洗毛刷作用下得到清除,而且可带走电池板的热量,降低电池的温度,提高电池的转化效率,达到了对太阳能电池板进行自动、高效、节能的清洗,从而提高了太阳能电池板的发电效率。

一种喷气式自动清洗太阳能电池板的装置
技术领域
本实用新型属于自动清洗装置领域,特别涉及一种用于对太阳能电池板表面进行喷气式自动清洗的装置。
背景技术
目前,我国已成为世界能源生产和消费大国,但人均能源消费水平还很低。随着经济和社会的不断发展,我国能源需求将持续增长。针对目前的能源紧张状况,世界各国都在进行深刻的思考,并努力提高能源利用效率,促进可再生能源的开发和应用,减少对进口石油的依赖,加强能源安全。
作为可再生能源的重要发展方向之一的太阳能光伏发电近年来发展迅猛,其所占比重越来越大。据初步统计,我国2010年新增并网光伏发电装机53万kW,累计装机达到83万kW,其中地面大型并网光伏发电累计装机70万kW,建筑一体化并网光伏发电装机约13万kW。全球光伏发电市场2010年新增装机预计同比增加超过120%,达到1700万kW以上,带动我国太阳能光伏产业规模迅速扩大。
但是,太阳能电池受外界环境因素影响比较大,比如:光照强度、温度、电池板表面落灰及其余杂物等。这些因素都对太阳能发电造成很大干扰,降低太阳能电池板的发电效率。在这些因素中,电池板表面落灰是可以清除的,但是,目前,电池板清洁工作都是由人工来清洁,劳动强度大,费时费力,增加太阳能电池发电的成本。
发明内容
本实用新型克服上述不足问题,提供一种喷气式自动清洗太阳能电池板的装置,结构简单,操作方便,在喷气过程中利用清洗毛刷对电池板表面进行清洁,成本低,省时省力,降低劳动强度,降低太阳能电池的发电成本。
本实用新型为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:一种喷气式自动清洗太阳能电池板的装置,支架一端固定有导轨,导轨上滑动安装有滑块,滑块上固定安装有伸缩轴,伸缩轴端头通过连接板固定安装清洗毛刷。
所述导轨固定安装于太阳能电池板顶端的支架上方。
所述伸缩轴上端固定安装于滑块之上,连接板固定安装于伸缩轴的下端,圆形底板安装于连接板下方,圆形底板下方安装有清洗毛刷,清洗毛刷开有喷气孔。
所述伸缩轴内部装有供气管道,空气压缩机通过送气管连接到伸缩轴上;控制器通过信号线分别与空气压缩机、滑块和伸缩轴相连接。
所述圆形底板有2-4个,其中心通过转动轴安装于连接板之上,每个圆形底板可绕转动轴做自由圆周运动。
所述清洗毛刷采用耐磨的塑料或橡胶皮毛刷。
所述伸缩轴采用两节式伸缩轴。
本实用新型装置构思独特,方便实用,通过圆形底板中喷出的气体和清洗毛刷上的旋转作用对太阳能电池板表面的灰尘进行清除,喷出的气体不仅可带动灰尘运动,使得灰尘在清洗毛刷作用下得到清除,而且可带走电池板的热量,降低电池的温度,提高电池的转化效率,伸缩轴带动旋转的清洗毛刷沿电池板长度方向清洗,可实现一块电池板有效而全面的清洗,连接于伸缩轴上的滑块可带动清洗毛刷沿导轨方向运动,实现对所有电池板的自动清洗功能,达到了对太阳能电池板进行自动、高效、节能的清洗,从而提高了太阳能电池板的发电效率。
综上,本实用新型可提供一种结构简单、使用方便的喷气式自动清洗太阳能电池板的装置,具有功能实用,成本低廉,自动化强,能耗低,提高发电效率,降低发电成本的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例及附图详细说明本实用新型,但本实用新型并不局限于具体实施例。
如图1、2和3所示的一种喷气式自动清洗太阳能电池板的装置,L形的支架12上安装太阳能电池板6;导轨5固定安装于支架12顶端上方,滑块10滑动安装于导轨5之上,伸缩轴9上端固定安装于滑块10之上,连接板7固定安装于伸缩轴9的下端,圆形底板8安装于连接板7下方,圆形底板8下方安装有清洗毛刷11,清洗毛刷耐磨的橡胶皮制成并开有喷气孔13,圆形底板8有3个,其中心通过转动轴安装于连接板之上,每个圆形底板可绕转动轴做自由圆周运动;伸缩轴9采用两节式伸缩轴,可伸长或缩短,其内部装有供气管道,空气压缩机2通过送气管1连接到伸缩轴9之上;控制器4通过信号线3分别与空气压缩机2、滑块10和伸缩轴9相连接,滑块10由控制器4控制,可沿导轨5方向做来回运动。
太阳能电池板清洗过程中,待设备安装完毕后,通过伸缩轴9将三个圆形底板的清洗毛刷压紧在电池板表面之上,通过控制器4启动空气压缩机2,给圆形底板8提供气体,气体从喷气13孔喷向电池板表面,同时通过控制器启动伸缩轴9和圆形底板8,伸缩轴伸长,圆形底板旋转,清洗毛刷开始在电池表面上旋转,并沿电池板顶部贴紧电池板表面从上向下运动,直到清洗毛刷11达到电池板底部,实现对电池板的清洗,如果电池板上灰尘较多时,此时可调节控制器使得伸缩轴收缩,使得清洗毛刷沿电池板底部贴紧电池板表面从下向上运动,实现来回重复清洗,直到一块太阳能电池板清洗干净。
当一块太阳能电池板清洗干净后,通过控制器使得滑块5沿导轨向未清洗太阳能电池板方向运动到下一个太阳能电池板的中心位置,实现对下一块电池板的清洗,从而依次对未清洗的太阳能电池板进行清洗直到最后一块太阳能电池板清洗完毕为止。
清洗过程中使用气体来有效去除灰尘,成本较低,同时气体可带走电池表面的热量,降低电池表面的温度,提高转化效率,降低发电的成本。

Claims (7)

1.一种喷气式自动清洗太阳能电池板的装置,其特征是:支架一端固定有导轨,导轨上滑动安装有滑块,滑块上固定安装有伸缩轴,伸缩轴端头通过连接板固定安装清洗毛刷。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种喷气式自动清洗太阳能电池板的装置,其特征是:所述导轨固定安装于太阳能电池板顶端的支架上方。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种喷气式自动清洗太阳能电池板的装置,其特征是:所述伸缩轴上端固定安装于滑块上,连接板固定安装于伸缩轴的下端,圆形底板安装于连接板下方,圆形底板下方安装有清洗毛刷,清洗毛刷开有喷气孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种喷气式自动清洗太阳能电池板的装置,其特征是:所述伸缩轴内部装有供气管道,空气压缩机通过送气管连接到伸缩轴上;控制器通过信号线分别与空气压缩机、滑块和伸缩轴相连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种喷气式自动清洗太阳能电池板的装置,其特征是:所述圆形底板有2-4个,其中心通过转动轴安装于连接板上,每个圆形底板可绕转动轴做自由圆周运动。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种喷气式自动清洗太阳能电池板的装置,其特征是:所述清洗毛刷采用耐磨的塑料或橡胶皮毛刷。
