现有的热熔胶胶带是热熔胶涂敷于基材如棉纸、聚酯薄膜等材料的两面后再贴覆离型材制作而成。通常对于表面平滑离型材料来说,制作成的热熔胶胶面平滑并且胶面很容易发生反光现象,手碰到胶面会留下手指印,肉眼看起来没有舒适细腻的感觉,产品达不到一种美观的效果,从而满足不了客户的要求,造成产品损耗,生产效益降低。

为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种雾面热熔胶双面胶带,由离型材料层、亚克力胶层、棉纸层和热熔胶层依次层叠构成,所述热熔胶层与所述棉纸层不接触的那一侧表面的表面粗糙度为2.821微米~3.324微米。

参见附图1所示,雾面热熔胶双面胶带,由离型材料层1、亚克力胶层2、棉纸层3和热熔胶层4依次层叠构成,所述热熔胶层4与所述棉纸层3不接触的那一侧表面的表面粗糙度为2.821微米~3.324微米。粗糙度测试仪:北京时代峰科技有限公司生产的 TR200手持式粗糙度仪。制作时,在棉纸层3一侧表面涂布热熔胶层4,另一侧表面涂布亚克力胶层2,然后在所述亚克力胶层2的表面贴合第一离型材料层1,同时在所述热熔胶层4的表面形成粗糙面。
