铅笔是最常用的书写工具之一，传统的铅笔没有笔盖，因此暴露在外的铅芯得不到有效保护，从而经常会发生折断铅芯的现象，并且在使用过程中，需要经常用刀具削细铅头，少年儿童在用刀削铅笔时中常会发生意外而割伤手指。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：克服传统铅笔的不足，提供一种防断铅芯而且不用经常用刀具削铅芯的新型铅笔。
为实现上述技术问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
一种新型铅笔，包括笔身和铅芯，在笔身上设有一个笔盖，笔盖的一侧设有一个凹槽，凹槽内镶嵌一块砂纸。
采用上述技术方案后，本实用新型的有益效果是：
由于本新型铅笔设有笔盖，笔盖上设有砂纸，因此不但笔盖能保护铅芯防止受撞击而断铅，而且还可以用笔盖上的砂纸方便快捷的打磨铅芯，从而避免了用刀具削铅芯误伤手指的现象。

具体实施方式
如图1所示：一种新型铅笔，包括笔身1和铅芯2，在笔身1上设有一个笔盖3，笔盖3的一侧设有一个凹槽4，凹槽4内镶嵌一块砂纸5。
在使用新型铅笔的过程中，铅芯2会随着使用而不断变粗，当其影响正常使用时，取下笔盖3后，把铅芯2放在笔盖3中镶嵌的砂纸5上不断打磨，直到打磨到合适的粗细即可。
