背景技术
香港地铁侧梁一系定位座单件为双面坡口,组对后在吊运或放置过程中容易发生倾倒及相对位置改变的现象;且一系定位座位于侧梁下盖板的斜平面处,在焊接时容易变形。如仅以点固拉筋来控制一系定位座的焊接变形,效果不是很理想。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种防止转向架侧梁一系定位座焊后变形过大的结构,保证转向架侧梁及构架焊后尺寸。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供一种转向架侧梁一系定位座组焊防变形结构,其特征在于:在侧梁同侧一系定位座的孔部位设置与孔径相配合的螺栓,在螺栓上位于每个一系定位座的两侧分别设置螺母固定。
本实用新型用螺栓定位防相对变形,简便可行,也省去了完成焊接(或单件加工)后点固焊点的打磨工作;这种结构对于控制港铁侧梁同侧一系定位座的相对尺寸更加准确、可靠,同时,有效的防止了一系定位座的焊接变形,从而更加有效的保证了港铁侧梁及构架的整体尺寸。

具体实施方式
参照图1、2、3,利用转向架侧梁2一系定位座1端头处存在的Φ50的孔及凹槽,在完成一系定位座组对后,在定位座孔部位放置与孔径相配合的螺栓3,并在螺栓上位于每个一系定位座的两侧分别设置螺母4固定。
