背景技术
一次性纸杯基于卫生以及使用方便得以广泛使用。现有一次性纸杯为单体开口状，作为茶杯使用存在如下缺陷：1、由于杯体较小，饮茶时，杯中的茶叶容易随茶水进入口中有不舒服感觉；2、泡茶时，往往先将初次茶水倒掉，杯中少量茶叶也会随茶水一并倒掉而浪费；3、没有杯盖不利于泡茶，且不保温。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种新型结构的一次性纸杯，以克服现有一次性纸杯所存在的上述缺陷。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：一种一次性带过滤内胆的泡茶纸杯，包括纸杯，所述纸杯内设有内胆，所述内胆的底面设有若干过滤孔，内胆的上部周边设有凸缘，内胆通过凸缘支承在纸杯上。
本实用新型进一步技术方案是：所述纸杯还设有杯盖。
本实用新型的有益效果：采用上述结构的一次性泡茶纸杯，由于纸杯内设有带过滤孔的内胆，泡茶时，将茶叶或袋泡茶放入内胆中并冲入开水，饮茶时，拿掉杯盖，取出内胆，茶叶留在内胆中，杯中为纯正的茶水，饮用舒服、方便；纸杯上加盖，有利于泡茶，并且保温。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3所示实施例，本一次性带过滤内胆的泡茶纸杯，包括纸杯1，纸杯1内设有内胆2，所述内胆2的底面设有若干过滤孔4，内胆2的上部周边设有凸缘5，内胆2通过凸缘5支承在纸杯1上。所述纸杯1设有杯盖3。为便于内胆中的茶水流动，内胆与纸杯周边之间最好有一定间隙，内胆底面与纸杯底面有一定距离。
泡茶时，将茶叶或者袋泡茶放入内胆中并冲入开水盖上杯盖，饮茶时，拿掉杯盖，取出内胆，内胆中的茶水通过过滤孔进入纸杯即可饮用。留在内胆中茶叶供再泡时用。

1.一种一次性带过滤内胆的泡茶纸杯，包括纸杯（1），其特征在于：所述纸杯（1）内设有内胆（2），所述内胆（2）的底面设有若干过滤孔（4），内胆（2）的上部周边设有凸缘（5），内胆（2）通过凸缘（5）支承在纸杯（1）上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一次性带过滤内胆的泡茶纸杯，其特征在于：所述纸杯（1）还设有杯盖（3）。
