二、背景技术
现在，人们的生活和工作压力越来越大，由于长时间工作，患有颈椎病的人也越来越多，而且趋向于年轻化，人们在忙碌了一天后，回家非常渴望能够得到充分的休息，缓解一天的疲劳，同时预防和缓解颈椎病的发生。现在市场上销售的颈椎枕头种类很多，但仅于仰睡，保键效果不理想，且不利于提高睡眠质量。
三、发明内容
本实用新型凹字保键枕不只局限于仰睡，还可以左右睡，它左右两侧具有小孔的独特设计，更是能够让耳朵在睡眠时不被挤压，不仅方便舒适，而且还能提高睡眠质量。
