[0002] 物料的搅拌和粉碎效果直接影响物料的外观和口感。现有刀片技术例如豆浆机用刀片结构较为简单,一般的刀片在刀体中部设置有安装孔,包括两个或多个刀叶,设或不设有切削面。由于刀片结构和形状较为简单,在粉碎物料过程中,物料经简单快速的机械粉碎和搅拌,所得的粉碎度和均勻性效果均不够理想,制浆后的口感与传统石磨工艺制备的豆浆相去较远。而设有切削面的刀片在拆卸、清洗过程中容易伤及手,为刀片的使用和维护带来不便。目前国内市场的食品机械使用的刀片材料和国外基本一致,为304奥氏体不锈钢材料,通过轧延带材硬度冲压成形,但冲压成形的刀片由于硬度来自原材料冷轧延的带材硬度没有经过热处理定型和硬度调质处理,所以在使用过程中往往出现蠕变应力变形,加上工作时刀片受磨削机摩擦等原因,刀片有复形和变形倾向,严重影响食品机械刀片使用的工作质量,从而影响了物料搅拌和粉碎的效果。

[0006] 本实用新型的刀片结构中,其中一个刀刃与刀片中部在同一平面内,其余两个或多个刀刃与刀片中部相连,沿几何中心均勻分布,并与所述平面成一向上的夹角,该结构的刀片容易拆卸清洗;另外在打浆过程中,通过将物料漩涡式向上提升,再下压至豆浆机底部,刀片对不同高度的物料进行搅拌、混合并提供适当的剪切力进行粉碎,使制得的物料粒径分布更合理,既保持了豆浆原有的营养成分,释放其营养效果,又使制得的豆浆与旧有石磨制浆工艺获得的豆浆效果口感接近,满足了人们对豆浆营养和口感方面的追求。

[0010] 本实用新型提供了一种豆浆机用刀片,包括刀片中部、刀片中部开有孔以及与刀片中部相连沿几何中心均勻分布的两个或多个刀刃,其中至少一个刀刃与刀片中部在同一平面内,其他刀刃与该平面成一向上的夹角。

[0016] 本实用新型的一个优选实施例如图1和图2所示,该刀片包括刀片中部3、刀片中部开有孔1、与刀片中部3在同一水平面上的刀刃2、与刀刃2所在平面形成向上夹角的刀刃4以及波浪形切削面5。其中,刀刃2和刀刃4与刀片中部成“S”形,切削面5位于刀刃2 和4的上表面,其所在处的刀刃厚度向外端逐渐减小。豆浆机工作时,电机通过与开孔1连接的轴带动刀片旋转,位于两个平面的刀刃,特别是设于刀刃上表面的切削面,在物料经历旋涡式提升、下压过程中,给物料提供了合适的搅拌范围和适宜的剪切力,使得制浆物料的粒径分布更合理,外观更一致,口感更佳,用简单的方式达到了仿古石磨制豆浆的效果。本实用新型的刀片可应用于豆浆机、米糊机等装置中。
[0017] 本实用新型的另一个优选实施例的形状结构与上述实施例类似,不同之处在于刀片为431合金刀片。相对于传统的304奥氏体不锈钢刀片,431合金刀片经过热处理和定型,在使用过程中可克服金属冷冲成形后的工作蠕变应力变形以及由于变形引起的电机发振现象,降低了工作噪音,延长了刀片的寿命,从而大大提高了整体的粉碎和搅拌质量。
[0018] 另外,本发明刀片的刀刃设有波浪形或锯齿形的切削面,且切削面所在处的刀刃厚度向外端逐渐减小,所述刀片的锯齿口处可为圆角,因而刀片不仅在制浆时提供了适宜的剪切力,而且在拆卸和清洗过程中不易伤及手,其使用和维护更方便。
Claims (6)
1. 一种豆浆机用刀片,包括刀片中部(3)、刀片中部开有孔(1)以及与刀片中部相连沿几何中心均勻分布的两个或多个刀刃,其特征在于:至少一个刀刃与刀片中部在同一平面内,其它刀刃与该平面成一向上的夹角。
2.根据权利要求1所述的豆浆机用刀片,其特征在于:所述刀刃设有波浪形或锯齿形的切削面(5)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的豆浆机用刀片,其特征在于:所述切削面(5)设于刀片上表
4.根据权利要求2所述的豆浆机用刀片,其特征在于:所述切削面(5)所在处的刀刃厚度向外端逐渐减小。
5.根据权利要求1所述的豆浆机用刀片,其特征在于:所述刀片具有两个相对的刀刃并与刀片中部成“S”形。
6.根据权利要求1所述的豆浆机用刀片,其特征在于:所述豆浆机用刀片为431合金刀片。
