Abstract

融冰回路断口连接结构,它包括固定在融冰断口两端管母上的管母金具(1),六分裂导线(2)位于两个管母金具(1)之间,和用于将六分裂导线(2)间隔分离的六分裂导线间隔棒(3)。本实用新型采用软导线作为断口的连接方式,安装简单,而且与采用隔离开关连接方式相比,大大降低了融冰设备的投资费用。

融冰回路断口连接结构
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种连接结构,更具体地说它是一种融冰回路断口连接结构。它特别适用于在±800kV特高压直流换流站中,直流场融冰接线中断口使用。
背景技术
现有的±800kV特高压直流输电工程中,融冰断口连接方式是采用隔离开关进行断口连接。该连接方式需增加4台800kV隔离开关,投资费用高昂,经济性较差。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有背景技术的不足之处,而提供一种融冰回路断口连接结构。
本实用新型的目的是通过如下措施来达到的:融冰回路断口连接结构,其特征在于它包括固定在融冰断口两端管母上的管母金具,六分裂导线位于两个管母金具之间,和用于将六分裂导线间隔分离的六分裂导线间隔棒。
在上述技术方案中,所述的管母金具包括管母焊接板、连接板和线夹,连接板位于管母焊接板和线夹之间,线夹通过固定螺钉定位于连接板上。
在上述技术方案中,所述的线夹为弧形结构,线夹的开口端由中空的二个半圆体组成,有松紧螺钉固定二个半圆体。
本实用新型采用软导线作为断口的连接方式,安装简单,而且与采用隔离开关连接方式相比,大大降低了融冰设备的投资费用。

下面结合附图详细说明本实用新型的实施情况,但它们并不构成对本实用新型的限定,仅作举例而已,同时通过说明本实用新型的优点将变得更加清楚和容易理解。
参阅附图可知:本实用新型融冰回路断口连接结构,它包括固定在融冰断口两端管母上的管母金具1,六分裂导线2位于两个管母金具1之间,和用于将六分裂导线2间隔分离的六分裂导线间隔棒3(如图1、图4、图5所示)。所述的管母金具1包括管母焊接板11、连接板12和线夹13,连接板12位于管母焊接板11和线夹13之间,线夹13通过固定螺钉14定位于连接板12上。所述的线夹13为弧形结构,线夹13的开口端由中空的二个半圆体15组成,有松紧螺钉16固定二个半圆体(如图2、图3所示)。
融冰断口的连接是将断口两端的管母采用软导线进行连接,典型连接方式如图1所示。
本实用新型在正常运行方式与融冰运行方式的切换过程中,能够快速地对断口进行连接或断开,尽量缩短停电时间。同时,该连接方式应尽量减少融冰回路的投资费用,不采用高压隔离开关等费用较高的设备,而采用绝缘子、导线和金具等设备及材料。
断口间的跳线选用六分裂铝绞线6×AAC-485(国家行业标准编号),分裂间距为450mm,该导线采用吊车进行现场吊装。
其它未说明的部分均为现有技术。

1.融冰回路断口连接结构,其特征在于它包括固定在融冰断口两端管母上的管母金具(1),六分裂导线(2)位于两个管母金具(1)之间,和用于将六分裂导线(2)间隔分离的六分裂导线间隔棒(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的融冰回路断口连接结构,其特征在于所述的管母金具(1)包括管母焊接板(11)、连接板(12)和线夹(13),连接板(12)位于管母焊接板(11)和线夹(13)之间,线夹(13)通过固定螺钉定位于连接板(12)上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的融冰回路断口连接结构,其特征在于所述的线夹(13)为弧形结构,线夹(13)的开口端由中空的二个半圆体(15)组成,有松紧螺钉(16)固定二个半圆体。
