本实用新型涉及一种用于油田井架绷绳,压裂高压管线钻孔打地锚的手持式地锚钻机。手持式地锚钻机,由减速电机、防爆壳体、钻具组成,防爆壳体外壁设置操作把手、减速电机设置在防爆壳体内部,电机转子连接钻具。本实用新型操作方便,减轻了工人的劳动强度,提高了工作效率,重量轻,在90°范围内可随意钻孔,可广泛用于油田修井作业中的大修、小修、试油及小型钻机井架绷绳的锚定,压裂高压管线的锚定。

本实用新型涉及一种用于油田井架绷绳,压裂高压管线钻孔打地锚的手持式地锚钻机。 
背景技术
    目前,油田井架绷绳,压裂高压管线钻孔打地锚采用工人打大锤和车载地锚机两种方式,前一种方式工人劳动强度大,工作效率低,车载地锚机操作不便,费用高,对场地要求大。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种劳动强度低,操作方便,重量轻,在90°范围内可随意钻孔的手持式地锚钻机。 
本实用新型的技术方案是: 
手持式地锚钻机,由减速电机、防爆壳体、钻具组成,防爆壳体外壁设置操作把手、减速电机设置在防爆壳体内部,电机转子连接钻具。
     具体的,钻具由中心杆、螺旋叶片和合金钻头组成,中心杆上设有双螺旋叶片,双螺旋叶片交错而成,双螺旋叶片在切削刃上镶设有三层合金刀,中心杆顶端设置合金钻头。 
    具体的,电机转子通过4 个螺栓与钻具连接。 
    本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型操作方便,减轻了工人的劳动强度,提高了工作效率,重量轻,在90°范围内可随意钻孔,可广泛用于油田修井作业中的大修、小修、试油及小型钻机井架绷绳的锚定,压裂高压管线的锚定。

具体实施方式
   手持式地锚钻机,由减速电机2、防爆壳体1、钻具组成,防爆壳体1外壁设置操作把手7、减速电机2设置在防爆壳体1内部,电机转子通过4 个螺栓与钻具连接。 
    钻具由中心杆3、螺旋叶片4、合金刀5和合金钻头6组成,中心杆3上设有双螺旋叶片4,双螺旋叶片4交错而成,双螺旋叶片4在切削刃上镶设有三层合金刀5,中心杆顶端设置合金钻头6。

1.手持式地锚钻机,由减速电机、防爆壳体、钻具组成,其特征在于,防爆壳体外壁设置操作把手、减速电机设置在防爆壳体内部,电机转子连接钻具。
2.根据权利要求1所述手持式地锚钻机,其特征在于,钻具由中心杆、螺旋叶片和合金钻头组成,中心杆上设有双螺旋叶片,双螺旋叶片交错而成,双螺旋叶片在切削刃上镶设有三层合金刀,中心杆顶端设置合金钻头。
3.根据权利要求1所述手持式地锚钻机,其特征在于,电机转子通过4 个螺栓与钻具连接。
