背景技术
在农业中经常用到水管等器具进行灌溉，在灌溉完毕后需要将水管卷起，以方便运输。而现有技术中用户一般采用手动卷起水管，浪费了用户大量的体力与时间，其工作效率较低，并且在灌溉的过程中，水管上布满了泥沙，增加了水管的重量，水管之间的泥沙摩擦水管壁，缩短了水管的使用寿命，给用户带来诸多不便。
由此可见，现有技术有待于更进一步的改进和发展。

本实用新型为解决上述现有技术中的缺陷提供一种新型卷管装置，以方便用户操作，使收集起来的水管更整洁。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型方案包括：
一种新型卷管装置，其包括两个椭圆板，其中，两个椭圆板上分别设置有轴承座，两个轴承座之间设置有转轴，该转轴的一端设置有摇把，两个椭圆板之间设置有阻刮条，阻刮条的两端分别设置有弹簧，阻刮条与转轴之间设置有间距。

本实用新型提供了一种新型卷管装置，如图1所示的，其包括两个椭圆板1，两个椭圆板1上分别设置有轴承座，两个轴承座之间设置有转轴2，该转轴2的一端设置有摇把3，两个椭圆板1之间设置有阻刮条4，阻刮条4的两端分别设置有弹簧5，阻刮条4与转轴2之间设置有间距。并且转轴2的长度为五十厘米至一百厘米，方便了用户携带。
