背景技术
防水裤是用于涉水作业或在防雨、防水情况下穿用的劳保用具，已有的防水裤是由整体结构的内衬表面经过PVC蘸塑工艺处理后，再使鞋底部经注塑工艺形成PVC鞋底层，这种裤、鞋一体的防水裤虽然整体性好，但由于穿用时脚在鞋里经常踩踏用力，极易造成鞋部的提前过度磨损而导致漏雨漏水。

本实用新型的发明目的在于克服背景技术的缺陷，提供一种既有可靠的整体性又有鞋部耐磨损特点的浸塑胶防水裤。 
本实用新型的技术方案是，该浸塑胶防水裤包括裤、靴子，裤的内衬层表面通过浸塑胶工艺处理后形成一层塑胶防水层，靴子经注塑而成，并通过高频热合工艺将靴与裤结合为一体。 
本实用新型的有益效果是，浸塑胶工艺保证了塑胶防水层均匀牢固，裤和靴子经高频热合工艺处理后结合牢固、不易开裂，既保证了防水裤良好的整体性能，又具有注塑靴子耐磨损、耐穿用、不漏雨、水的优点。

如附图所示，本实用新型所述的浸塑胶防水裤包括裤1、靴子2，裤1的内衬层3表面经浸塑胶工艺处理后形成一层塑胶防水层4，靴子2经注塑而成，裤1的浸塑胶工艺是将裤1的内衬层3套上模具，在浸塑胶池中将内衬层3的表面浸上一层塑胶防水层4，再经膨化烘干工艺处理后，将靴子2上口与裤1下方进行搭接，在二者的结合部5施以高频热合工艺，将裤1和靴子2结合为牢固的一体。
