玻璃钢管道带水、带压快速堵漏装置,胶圈(4)上部压叠加强板(6),在加强板(6)两端压紧拉力紧绳器(2),在拉力紧绳器(2)间和两侧紧裹缠绕带(7)。玻璃钢管道遭遇非正常破损的情况下的带水、带压堵漏,尤其是能克服受季节、天气、作业场地及空间限制等困难,在保证破损管道正常运行使用的前提下,快速高效的完成玻璃钢管道堵漏。减少了传统堵漏方法所产生的人工成本和管内流体材料浪费。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及F16L管子、管接头或管件、维修方法技术,尤其是玻璃钢管道遭遇非正常破损的情况下带水、带压快速堵漏装置。 
背景技术
公知技术中,玻璃钢管道耐热、抗冻、耐磨耐压性能好而且具有自重轻、强度高,运输安装方便、维护费用低等诸多优点,已经被广泛应用于工程建设领域,但是在使用过程中往往由于其它地下工程、建构筑物的施工造成埋入地下的玻璃钢管道的人为或机械破损。传统的补漏方法一般采用把玻璃钢管道内流体排放完毕后在无水、无压、无其它流体的情况下进行玻璃纤维和聚酯树脂的人工缠绕糊制,聚酯树脂必须在干燥环境下才能固化否则不能糊制补漏。但是无水、无压人工糊制补漏方法的缺点明显: 
1、停水时间长,管口径越大停水时间越长,大约1-3天左右。 
2、管道内流体排放困难,个别地方受环境和空间限制无处排放,即使能排放也会造成管内流体资源浪费。 
3、排放过程中该管道系统基本停运,给生产、生活带来很大程度上的损失和不便。

专利申请号200720125267公开了一种燃气管带气堵漏夹持装置,包括管道固定夹,所述的管道固定夹由活动连接的固定夹基块和固定夹活动块构 成,在固定夹活动块上,设置有螺纹孔;加力夹紧杆上设置有外螺纹,加力夹紧杆上的外螺纹与螺纹孔相配合,加力夹紧杆连接在固定夹活动块的螺孔内;在加力夹紧杆上设置加力手柄。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种针对破损玻璃钢管道带水、带压快速堵漏装置。 
实现本实用新型发明目的措施包括:胶圈上部压叠加强板,在加强板两端压紧拉力紧绳器,在拉力紧绳器间和两侧紧裹缠绕带。 
本实用新型的优点在于:玻璃钢管道遭遇非正常破损的情况下的带水、带压堵漏,尤其是能克服受季节、天气、作业场地及空间限制等困难,在保证破损管道正常运行使用的前提下,快速高效的完成玻璃钢管道堵漏。减少了传统堵漏方法所产生的人工成本和管内流体材料浪费。

具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例,进行说明: 
胶圈4上部压叠加强板6,在加强板6两端压紧拉力紧绳器2,在拉力紧绳器2间和两侧紧裹缠绕带7。 
胶圈4为三元乙丙橡胶圈。 
加强板6为半圆形玻璃钢补口板。 
缠绕带7为玻璃钢封闭缠绕带。 
适用于玻璃钢管道内径在DN150~DN2000,压力在0.25Mpa~2.0Mpa、刚度:2500N/m2~10000N/m2范围内的现场补漏。 
凡玻璃钢管1破损洞口在Φ500以内均能实现安全、快速、高效补漏;特殊情况或尺寸可采取相同工艺另行加工制作补口加强板6,满足补漏要求。 
本发明的基本结构构成包括:三元乙丙橡胶密封胶圈4、半圆型玻璃钢补口加强板6、15KN拉力紧绳器2以及玻璃钢封闭缠绕带7等。 
本实用新型在使用时,先对玻璃钢管1破损口5清理工作面,带压将胶圈4压合,再将半圆加强板6压裹在胶圈4外,在加强板6两端套紧拉力紧绳器2,并将上紧装置3上紧,再在拉力紧绳器2间,缠裹缠绕带7固定后,再取下拉力紧绳器2,在加强板6两端沿分别裹紧缠绕带7,或者其与中间的缠绕带7压叠。

1.玻璃钢管道带水、带压快速堵漏装置,其特征在于,胶圈(4)上部压叠加强板(6),在加强板(6)两端压紧拉力紧绳器(2),在拉力紧绳器(2)间和两侧紧裹缠绕带(7)。
2.如权利要求1所述的玻璃钢管道带水、带压快速堵漏装置,其特征在于,胶圈(4)为三元乙丙橡胶圈,加强板(6)为半圆形玻璃钢补口板,缠绕带(7)为玻璃钢封闭缠绕带。
