垃圾篓是人们生活中不可或缺的一部分，在用水冲刷垃圾篓时，因为垃圾篓底部是无法排水的，大部分污物会在冲刷的过程中排出，但是仍会有部分脏水留在垃圾篓底部，人们只能将垃圾篓倾斜，将脏水排出，在将底部脏水倒出的过程中，有些污物粘到垃圾篓内壁上，人们不得不反复冲刷，才能将垃圾篓冲洗干净且将底部的污物倒出。
