本实用新型提供了一种末端排气堵头。本实用新型的目的是为解决本体分集水器上的手动排气阀螺纹连接处的密封受分集水器本体内水温的影响,易老化松动而发生渗漏的问题。本实用新型包括阀芯、O形圈、橡胶垫圈和阀体,所述阀体的上部设有阀芯座,所述阀芯设置在阀芯座内,阀芯座的底部设有橡胶垫圈,阀芯座的上部与阀芯之间设有O形圈。本实用新型将末端堵头和手动排气阀做成一体式,即分集水器主体末端堵头和手动排气合二为一,保证功能的同时,减少了“渗漏点”,不仅美观度高,而且不会有老化的危险,系统更安全。

本实用新型涉及一种末端排气堵头,属于排气堵头技术领域。
背景技术
现有的分集水器本体末端通常在系统调试后都用堵头堵死,下次调试时再把堵头卸下,这样比较麻烦。于是有人在分集水器本体上安装了手动排气阀(跑风),这样虽然方便了使用,但本体分集水器上的手动排气阀螺纹连接处的密封受分集水器本体内水温的影响,易老化松动而发生渗漏。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为解决本体分集水器上的手动排气阀螺纹连接处的密封受分集水器本体内水温的影响,易老化松动而发生渗漏的问题,进而提供一种末端排气堵头。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种末端排气堵头,包括阀芯、O形圈、橡胶垫圈和阀体,所述阀体的上部设有阀芯座,所述阀芯设置在阀芯座内,阀芯座的底部设有橡胶垫圈,阀芯座的上部与阀芯之间设有O形圈。
由上述提供的技术方案可以看出,本实用新型将末端堵头和手动排气阀做成一体式,即分集水器主体末端堵头和手动排气合二为一,保证功能的同时,减少了“渗漏点”,不仅美观度高,而且不会有老化的危险,系统更安全。

本具体实施方式提供了一种末端排气堵头,如图1所示,包括阀芯1、O形圈2、橡胶垫圈3和阀体4,所述阀体4的上部设有阀芯座5,所述阀芯1设置在阀芯座5内,阀芯座5的底部设有橡胶垫圈3,阀芯座5的上部与阀芯1之间设有O形圈2。逆时针旋转阀芯1,分集水器本体内的水或气体通过阀体4上的水嘴6排除,顺时针旋转阀芯1,阀体关闭。
