本实用新型公开了一种胃管夹，包括夹体，所述夹体的第一夹柄外侧有凸起部，所述凸起部开有通孔，所述第一夹柄内侧与凸起部之间形成凹槽，所述夹体的第二夹柄的夹面上附有垫层；该胃管夹是一种异形夹，利用了夹柄凸起部的通孔，可在鼻翼夹之外不必另外设夹子就可以固定胃管，且附有垫层，能防止夹子夹伤鼻翼。

本实用新型涉及一种医疗辅助器械，尤其涉及一种胃管夹。
背景技术
昏迷、胃肠手术等病人留置胃管治疗是一种正常的治疗方法，目前临床应用的胃管是一根软管，待插入患者胃内后，一般都是采用胶布将胃管固定在患者鼻翼两侧或者面部，这种方法的缺点在于十分不牢固，会随着病人体位的活动而把起固定作用的胶布拉脱，经常会把胃管拉到贲门以上，甚至把胃管拉出体外，因此在使用过程中会多次调整胃管的深度，而且胶布会因为鼻翼上的油脂和汗水而自行脱落，因此在使用过程中会多次换胶布重新粘贴固定。
实用新型内容
本实用新型意在提供一种可固定胃管，防止胃管因为病人动作过大而移动的胃管夹。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下措施来达到：一种胃管夹，包括夹体，所述夹体的第一夹柄外侧有凸起部，所述凸起部开有通孔，所述第一夹柄内侧与凸起部之间形成凹槽，所述夹体的第二夹柄的夹面上附有垫层。
上述技术方案与现有技术的区别在于：该胃管夹是一种异形夹，利用了夹柄凸起部的通孔，可在鼻翼夹之外不必另外设夹子就可以固定胃管，且附有垫层，能防止夹子夹伤鼻翼，本实用新型结构简单，使用方便。
进一步地，为防止夹体过硬夹伤鼻翼，所述夹体为硅胶夹体。
进一步地，为防止阻断胃管流通，所述凸起部呈条形，其横截面为弧形。

参照图1，一种胃管夹，包括硅胶材质的夹体，所述夹体上有第一夹柄1，第二夹柄2，所述第一夹柄1外侧有条状的凸起部3，所述凸起部3的横截面为弧形，凸起部3与第一夹柄2内侧形成凹槽，凸起部3的起始端上开有可供胃管穿入的通孔4，所述第二夹柄2的夹面上粘结有海绵垫层5。
使用时，将胃管穿入通孔4中，则胃管顺着第一夹柄1内侧的凹槽伸入到贲门以下，将胃管夹夹持在鼻翼上，则胃管固定，不易移动，而由于胃管夹是由硅胶制成，且第二夹柄2上设有海绵垫层5，不易伤害鼻翼肌肤。

1.一种胃管夹，包括夹体，其特征在于：所述夹体的第一夹柄外侧有凸起部，所述凸起部开有通孔，所述第一夹柄内侧与凸起部之间形成凹槽，所述夹体的第二夹柄的夹面上附有垫层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种胃管夹，其特征在于：所述夹体为硅胶夹体。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种胃管夹，其特征在于：所述凸起部呈条形，其横截面为弧形。
