本实用新型涉及太阳能光伏组件配件领域,具体为一种互联式双玻组件接线盒。
背景技术
    目前,随着光伏建筑一体化的发展,双玻组件因其外型美观,越来越受人们欢迎。但是双玻组件相对于传统背板组件,因双玻组件双面都为玻璃,组件接线盒的连接及固定一直成为影响双玻组件发展的障碍。国内外虽然已经有众多的双玻接线盒,但是考虑到建筑物的防水及接线简单等因素,目前市场上的接线盒难以满足需求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种互联式双玻组件接线盒,解决双玻组件在建筑一体化等应用中防水,固定等问题。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案为:
一种互联式双玻组件接线盒,包括接线盒壳体,所述接线盒壳体的两侧壁上分别设有组件卡槽,所述接线盒壳体整个外观呈“工”字型,所述组件卡槽内设有接线盒引出线孔。
所述组件卡槽的上下卡边上设有组件安装孔。
接线盒采用优质的耐热,防氧化,韧性强的注塑材料,满足组件使用25年的寿命需要。接线盒二极管具有节温高,正向压降小、散热好,没有开关速度。
接线盒外形方面,接线盒两边均有组件卡槽,能够将上下2块组件互联为一整体,安装时卡槽内可用防腐密封胶填满,实现组件的防水。接线盒引出线位于接线盒中侧,方便安装时接线。接线盒整个外观呈“工”字型,上下组件卡入“工”字卡口,密封胶固定即可。接线盒边侧可以选择带有安装孔,方便组件的安装。
接线盒根据用户玻璃边尺寸及厚度要求,采用塑料注塑而成。用户使用将接线盒卡槽内涂入胶体,将组件端卡去接线盒端口,组件汇流条与接线盒延长线相连。待胶风干固定后,组件即可使用。屋顶铺设,将接线盒的另一边卡槽填满密封胶,上组件插入卡口即可完成安装。
本实用新型的优点是:
本实用新型可以解决双玻组件在光伏建筑一体化中安装、防水等问题,可以推进双玻组件的发展。前后组件互联,组件安装更加固定。
