Abstract

一种光缆防扭牵引器,可有效避免光缆展放时的扭转。光缆防扭牵引器是将导向链一端与旋转连接器相连,另一端与光缆连接,中间链节与重锤相连,通过槽式重锤的重力确保光缆在牵引过程中不发生扭转。导向链以相同的单元通过销轴组合连接并焊牢,故在其受到外力作用时不会产生扭转;槽式重锤由于其与导向链的连接方式为凹槽式,故在受到外力作用时会立即起到配重作用。

一种光缆防扭牵引器
技术领域:本实用新型涉及输电线路展放光缆使用的自制工具。 
背景技术:OPGW(Optical Fiber Composite Overhead Ground Wire)也称光纤复合架空地线,在输电线路中兼具地线与通信双重功能。输电线路OPGW光缆展放时光缆会因为受力不平衡等其它原因产生扭转,导致光缆的损坏。光缆防扭牵引器通过导向链与旋转连接器连接,通过链节上连接的槽式重锤确保光缆在牵引过程中不会发生扭转。 
发明内容:
克服现有技术的不足,设计一种光缆防扭牵引器,可有效避免光缆展放时的扭转。光缆防扭牵引器是将导向链一端与旋转连接器相连,另一端与光缆连接,中间链节与重锤相连,通过槽式重锤的重力确保光缆在牵引过程中不发生扭转。导向链以相同的单元通过销轴组合连接并焊牢,故在其受到外力作用时不会产生扭转;槽式重锤由于其与导向链的连接方式为凹槽式,故在受到外力作用时会立即起到配重作用。

具体实施方式:
将导向链1与旋转连接器相连,另一段导向链与光缆连接,中间链节与重锤相连,导向链以相同的单元通过销轴组合连接并焊牢,通过槽式重锤的重力确保光缆在牵引过程中不发生扭转。
