背景技术
随着全球气候的恶劣变化，世界各国对森林资源的保护日益加强。我国是一个木材资源匮乏的国家，充分合理的利用有限的资源，开发能够满足人们需要的产品，成为各科研机构和生产企业的工作重点。
PVC是世界上产量最大的塑料产品之一，价格便宜，广泛应用于化学工业、建筑物的瓦楞板、门窗结构、墙壁装饰物等建筑用材。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于填补市场空白，提供一种以竹单板或木单板作为装饰面板，基材采用硬质PVC板，将两者胶合而成的具有复合结构的地板。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采取了如下的技术方案：
一种具有复合结构的地板，具有双层复合结构，上层为装饰面板，下层为基材；装饰面板与基材通过胶水胶合成一体。
上述技术方案中，所述的装饰面板为竹单板或木单板。
竹单板或木单板可以为不同种类，如碳化平压、碳化侧压、本色平压、本色侧压、重竹单板等；也可以是胡桃木、桃花心木等名贵木材单板。材料的含水率控制在10％以下。
上述技术方案中，所述的基材为硬质PVC板。
上述技术方案中，所述的胶水为冷压胶，如单组份湿固化聚氨酯胶(PUR)、异氰酸酯类胶等。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型充分节约了宝贵的资源，同时也降低了产品的价格，产品性能好，适用范围广。

实施例1
如图1所示，一种具有复合结构的地板，具有双层复合结构，上层为装饰面板1，底层为基材2；装饰面板与基材通过胶水胶合成一体。
上述技术方案中，所述的装饰面板为竹单板。
材料的含水率控制在10％以下。
上述技术方案中，所述的基材为硬质PVC板。
上述技术方案中，所述的胶水为单组份湿固化聚氨酯胶(PUR)。
本产品的制备工艺如下：
采用单组份湿固化聚氨酯胶(PUR)作为胶粘剂，实施步骤如下：
(1)、将竹(木)单板含水率平衡到6-10％。
(2)、将硬质PVC板裁成所需要的规格。
(3)、施胶。将加热熔溶的胶水辊涂在PVC板的表面，涂布量控制在50-100g/m2。
(4)、组坯。在涂有胶水的表面上贴竹(木)单板。为了保证单板与PVC的胶合牢固，组坯后用钢棍压平。
(5)、养生。板坯压贴成型后，需要养生3-10天，确保地板的尺寸稳定性能。
(6)、表面涂饰。根据不同要求，涂料可以是UV油漆，也可以是各种植物油、木蜡油等。涂饰工艺有辊涂、淋涂、喷涂等。
实施例2
如图1所示，一种具有复合结构的地板，具有双层复合结构，上层为装饰面板1，底层为基材2；装饰面板与基材通过胶水胶合成一体。
上述技术方案中，所述的装饰面板为木单板。
材料的含水率控制在10％以下。
上述技术方案中，所述的基材为硬质PVC板。
上述技术方案中，所述的胶水为氰酸酯类胶。
本产品的制备工艺如下：
(1)、平衡。将竹(木)单板含水率平衡到6-10％。
(2)、裁剪。将硬质PVC板裁成所需要的规格。
(3)、涂胶。在PVC板表面辊涂氰酸酯类胶，涂布量控制在80-150g/m2。
(4)、组坯。在涂有胶水的PVC板表面贴上竹(木)单板。
(5)、压制。将板坯放入压机内压制成型。压机温度问常温，压力0.5-1.5MPa，时间30-60分钟。
(6)、养生。板坯压贴成型后，需要养生3-10天，确保地板的尺寸稳定性能。
(7)、表面涂饰。根据不同要求，涂料可以是UV油漆，也可以是各种植物油、木蜡油等。涂饰工艺有辊涂、淋涂、喷涂等。
