目前，在化工的传质设备方面，现有的舌形塔板，其材质为金属材料，在特殊的工况条件下，金属材料的塔板不耐腐蚀，且生产成本高。

为解决上述问题，本实用新型提供一种塑料舌形塔板，其结构简单合理、韧性强、耐腐蚀、使用寿命长。

如图1和图2所示，一种塑料舌形塔板，包括PVC材质的板体3，在板体3上冲压有与板体3连为一体的突起舌片1，所述舌片1与板体3平面之间形成倾角2,所述倾角2设置为10 o～70 o。气流通过舌片1时，利用气体喷射作用，将液相分散成液滴和流束而进行传质。
