本实用新型要解决的是现有一些淋浴房用底盆安装铝合金型材后，容易积废水与积垃圾，清洗麻烦和间隙的存在影响美观性的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是：它包括盆体和设于盆体上口的挡边，盆体上口的挡边包括前挡边，该前挡边为凸出的台阶形结构，该台阶形结构的台阶面为平面。
本实用新型的优点是：前挡边的台阶面结构，十分适合铝合金型材稳固地安装在上面。安装后，底盆的挡水边与型材之间无间隙，所以也无废水与垃圾的积留，而且淋浴房的美观性也好。
