所属技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种LED照明灯,属于半导体照明领域,这种LED照明灯适合连接在24V/36V交流供电线路上使用。
背景技术
目前,在许多矿井巷道里,机床设备上,临时照明施工场所均使用24V/36V交流低压供电,在这样的供电线路上大多采用低压白炽灯泡、卤素灯和电子节能灯作为照明光源。以上这几种照明光源耗电量较大,寿命比较短,光源的外壳玻璃易碎。因此在这些24V/36V低压交流供电场所和设备上有必要开发一种耗电量小,寿命长的照明灯。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种LED照明灯。这种LED灯,耗电量小、使用寿命长。实现上述目的的技术方案为采用寿命比较长,耗电量小的发光二极管作为发光体,以及配合发光二极管工作特性和适用于24V/36V低压交流供电的电源电路。
附图说明
附图为实施例的电源电路图。DG为整流电路,C为63V 220μF电解电容,AMC7140为集成电路芯片,RS为电阻,通过调节RS的值,设定发光二极管的工作电流,D1、Dn为发光二极管,其中Dn中的n表示连接在电路中发光二极管的数量。
具体实施方式
一种连接在24V/36V交流供电线路上使用的LED照明灯,其电路由整流电路DG,电解电容C,电阻RS,集成电路芯片AMC7140,发光二极管D1和Dn组成,其中n表示发光二极管的数量。此电路将24V和36V交流供电转化为直流,并能够使发光二极管在恒定的电流状态下工作,配合发光二极管的工作特性。
对于24V交流供电线路,电路中发光二极管数量n为9只,可以达到较高的工作效率。
对于36V交流供电线路,电路中发光二极管数量n为13只,可以达到较高的工作效率。
用这种LED照明灯替换目前24V/36V低压交流供电场所及设备上的照明光源,可以节约大量电能,减少更换次数。
