风能作为一种可再生能源,已经引起人们的关注,风力发电机也已经得到广泛应用,在实际应用过程中,风向是不断变化的,可能同时存在多个不同方向的气流,当扇叶受到来自不同方向风时,会降低扇叶的转动速度,产生不稳定的电能,对整个机组的能源效率、机电可靠性、电网容纳度等指标有着相当大的影响,长此以往,会损毁发电机组,造成整个风力发电系统瘫痪。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种可靠性高,使用寿命长的高效风力发电机。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:包括风力发电的风扇叶轮,及安装在风扇叶轮前端的引风管;所述引风管包括设置在前端的大进风口和设置在后端的小排风口;所述风扇叶轮包括三个以上的叶片,所述每个叶片上均设置有均匀排列的圆形凹槽。
进一步地,所述引风管内设置有一个以上纵向交叉排列的隔板,由此构成多个引风道。
进一步地,所述大进风口的进风面积大于小排风口的出风面积。

本实施例中,参照图1和图2所示,所述高效风力发电机,包括风力发电的风扇叶轮1,及安装在风扇叶轮1前端的引风管2;所述引风管2包括设置在前端的大进风口20和设置在后端的小排风口21;所述风扇叶轮1包括三个以上的叶片10,所述每个叶片10上均设置有均匀排列的圆形凹槽11。通过圆形凹槽11可使风扇叶片10产生更大的迎风阻力,使叶片10上构成无数个风阻,能更有力的推动整个叶轮高速旋转,特别适合安装在各种家用和车用风力发电设施上使用。
其中,所述引风管2内设置有一个以上纵向交叉排列的隔板22,由此构成多个引风道23。让多个引风道23直接面对叶片10构成直接的强对流风力,引风效果更佳。所述大进风口20的进风面积大于小排风口21的出风面积,可形成一个大面积进风加大风速的状态,加之引风管2内设置多个隔板22,所构成的多个引风道23能够形成数个强对流风洞,安装使用后,可将风力集中构成强大的风动力,可广泛适合各种风力发电设施配置使用。
