背景技术
在工业生产中，通常需使用到反应釜来进行化学反应。在进行化学反应时通常需要进行加热促进反应速度，传统的反应釜加热采用夹套加热，即反应釜壁为夹层结构，通过夹层内的蒸汽对反应釜内的物料进行加热，其存在的缺点是：一部分热量与反应釜壁外的空气形成热交换流失，而未能对釜内的物料进行加热，加热速度慢，效率低。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中的缺点，本实用新型提供了一种反应釜，包括釜体、釜盖及安装在釜盖上的搅拌轴，其特征在于：所述釜体为夹层结构，釜体上设有与夹层连通的进汽口和出汽口，所述釜盖上还安装有蒸汽管。所述蒸汽管深入到釜体底部。所述釜盖上设有人孔。
本实用新型的优点在于：加热时，夹层与釜盖上的蒸汽管分别通入蒸汽，使得两路蒸汽同时对反应釜内的物料进行加热，加热速度快，反应物受热均匀，促进反应物的充分反应，提高反应效率，而且釜盖上安排有人孔，便于观察反应过程及效果。
