Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种带托盘的靠背可调式折叠椅，它包括折叠椅支架管、靠背连接管、靠背管、靠背、座面、侧托盘组件及前托盘组件，靠背可在360度范围内随意调节，侧托盘通过连接片与折叠椅支架连接，翻转侧托盘至合适位置，将安装在折叠椅支架上的下支撑管插入侧托盘背面的上支撑管，可将侧托盘固定。前托盘支撑管与折叠椅前端支架管通过塑料件连接，可绕支架管转动。前托盘与前托盘支撑管也通过塑料件连接，可绕支撑管转动。转动支撑管，翻转前托盘至折叠椅正前方或侧面合适位置，使支撑管上的弹扣卡在塑料件相应孔内，可将前托盘固定。前托盘高度可适当调节。

本实用新型属于生活用品类，具体涉及一种带托盘的靠背可调式折叠椅。
背景技术
折叠椅携带方便，组装简单，在日常及户外生活中使用越来越广泛。为了方便野外就餐或食物、饮料等的放置，市场上也出现了带托盘的折叠椅。然而，就人体工程学而言，就餐或放置饮料所需的托盘高度是不一样的，靠背的倾斜角度也会影响人体舒适度。现有的带托盘折叠椅，一般只有一个高度固定的托盘，靠背位置也不可调节，无法满足人们的要求。而且，固定托盘一般采用托盘与折叠椅支撑架直接铰接的方式，收折时容易夹伤手指。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术的不足，提供一种使用更舒适、组装更安全的折叠椅。
本实用新型的技术方案如下：
一种带托盘的靠背可调式折叠椅，由折叠椅支架管、靠背连接管、靠背管、靠背、座面组成，靠背两端的靠背管铰接在靠背连接管上，在折叠椅正前方或侧面设有托盘，托盘通过连接片或弹扣组装在折叠椅前方或侧面，托盘支撑管与托盘活动式连接,将安装在折叠椅支架上的下支撑管插入侧托盘背面的上支撑管，可将侧托盘固定。前托盘支撑管与折叠椅前端支架管通过塑料件连接，可绕支架管转动。前托盘与前托盘支撑管也通过塑料件连接，可绕支撑管转动。将支撑管、前托盘转动至合适位置，使支撑管上的弹扣卡在塑料件相应孔内，可将前托盘固定。
靠背可在360度范围内随意调节。前托盘可随意组装在折叠椅正前方或侧面。一般情况下，前托盘高于侧托盘，更适合就餐时使用。也可将前托盘调低，用于放置饮料等。用户可根据需要选择使用前托盘、侧托盘，或两者一起使用。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示，本实用新型包括折叠椅支架管(1)、靠背连接管(2)、靠背管(3)、靠背(4)、座面(5)、侧托盘组件及前托盘组件。
靠背(4)两端的靠背管(3)铰接在靠背连接管(2)上，靠背(4)倾斜角度可随意调节，随使用者后仰的程度及力度变化。
侧托盘(6)两侧固定有两块连接片(7)，分别与折叠椅支架(1)铰接在一起。翻转侧托盘(6)至适当的位置，将固定在折叠椅支架(1)上的下支撑管(8)插入侧托盘(6)背面的上支撑管(9)，使得下支撑管(8)的弹扣(10)刚好卡在上支撑管(9)的侧孔中，侧托盘(6)即固定并处于折叠椅侧面水平位置。
如图1、2、3所示，前托盘支撑管呈L形,可视为由竖直段(A段)(11)和水平段(B段)(15)组成。前托盘支撑管竖直段(A段)(11)与折叠椅支架管(12)通过塑料件A(13)连接，支撑管可带动前托盘(14)绕支架管(12)转动。前托盘(14)与前托盘支撑管水平段(B段)(15)通过塑料件B(16)连接，前托盘(14)可绕支撑管水平段（B段）(15)转动。
前托盘(14)可固定于折叠椅正前方或侧面水平位置，实施方式分别为：(一) 转动支撑管，使前托盘(14)位于折叠椅前方，支撑管竖直段(A段) (11)的上下两个弹扣(17)分别卡在上下两个塑料件A(13)的孔(19)内。将前托盘(14)翻转至水平，使水平段(B段) (15)的两个弹扣(18)分别卡在两个塑料件B(16)的孔(20)内，前托盘(14)即固定并处于折叠椅正前方水平位置。 (二) 转动支撑管，使前托盘(14)位于折叠椅侧面，支撑管竖直段(A段) (11)的上下两个弹扣(17)分别卡在上下两个塑料件A(13)的孔(21)内。将前托盘(14)翻转至水平，使支撑管水平段（ B段）(15)的两个弹扣(18)分别卡在两个塑料件B(16)的孔(20)内，前托盘(14)即固定并处于折叠椅侧面水平位置。
按以上两种实施方式组装好的前托盘(14)位置均高于侧托盘(6)。此时，如需将前托盘(14)位置下调，可进行以下操作：同时按下支撑管竖直段(A段) (11)的上下两个弹扣(17)，将支撑管竖直段(A段) (11)竖直向下压，使支撑管竖直段(A段) (11)的上端弹扣(17)卡在下端塑料件A(13)的孔(21)内。再将前托盘(14)翻转至水平，使水平段(B段) (15)的两个弹扣(18)分别卡在两个塑料件B(16)的孔(20)内，前托盘(14)即固定并处于折叠椅正前方或侧面水平位置。
Claims (3)
1.一种带托盘的靠背可调式折叠椅，由折叠椅支架管、靠背连接管、靠背管、靠背、座面组成，其特征在于：靠背两端的靠背管铰接在靠背连接管上，折叠椅设有侧托盘及前托盘，托盘通过连接片或弹扣组装在折叠椅前方或侧面，托盘支撑管与折叠椅支架管、托盘均为活动式连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带托盘的靠背可调式折叠椅，其特征在于：侧托盘两侧固定有两块连接片，分别与折叠椅支架铰接，将固定在折叠椅支架上的下支撑管插入侧托盘背面的上支撑管，下支撑管的弹扣卡在上支撑管的侧孔中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带托盘的靠背可调式折叠椅，其特征在于：前托盘支撑管呈L形，由竖直段和水平段组成，前托盘支撑管竖直段与折叠椅支架管通过塑料件A连接，前者可绕后者转动，可选择前托盘支撑管竖直段的弹扣中的一个或两个卡在塑料件A的孔内；前托盘与前托盘支撑管水平段通过塑料件B连接，支撑管水平段的弹扣卡在塑料件B相应孔内。
