本实用新型提出一种可通讯的电机启动器结构，包括一断路器和一接触器，断路器和接触器外壳带有槽孔，其特征在于：还包括一连接装置、一通讯模块，所述连接装置位于所述断路器和接触器之间，上端连接断路器，下端连接接触器。本实用新型通过插接式连接件连接断路器和接触器，安装时不需要工具，快速插接即可，大幅度节省了安装和接线的时间，同时可以连接到DCS或PLC控制系统，方便对电机启动器进行控制。

本实用新型属于电机控制领域，特别是涉及到一种可通讯的电机的启动装置。
背景技术
电机启动器，通常包括断路器和接触器，用于取代传统的电动机起动装置。
现有技术中的电机启动器，断路器和接触器之间的连接方式多种多样，但是没有一种方便的连接方式，连接的时候安装和接线需要耗费不少的时间。
而如何能够通过控制系统例如DCS或PLC来对电机启动器进行控制，也是现在需要解决的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的问题是针对现有技术的不足，设计一种可以通讯的电机启动器的结构，该结构具有新的连接方式，大幅度节省安装和接线时间，同时可以连接到DCS或PLC控制系统，对电机启动器进行控制。
本实用新型的技术方案为：提出一种可通讯的电机启动器结构，包括一断路器和一接触器，断路器和接触器外壳带有槽孔，其特征在于：还包括一连接装置、一通讯模块，所述连接装置位于所述断路器和接触器之间，上端连接断路器，下端连接接触器；所述连接装置上下端带有插接件，可以直接插接到断路器和接触器外壳原有的槽孔中；所述通讯模块安装在接触器上，通讯模块后端连接接触器的接点，前端带有通讯接口，可以通过线缆连接到控制系统。
优选的，通讯接口采用的协议是MODBUS通讯协议。
本实用新型的有益效果为：本实用新型通过插接式连接件连接断路器和接触器，安装时不需要工具，快速插接即可，大幅度节省了安装和接线的时间，同时可以连接到DCS或PLC控制系统，方便对电机启动器进行控制。

如图1所示，本实用新型包括一断路器1和一接触器2，其特征在于：还包括一连接装置3、一通讯模块4，所述连接装置3位于所述断路器1和接触器2之间，上端连接断路器1，下端连接接触器2；所述连接装置3上下端带有插接件4，可以直接插接到断路器1和接触器2外壳原有的槽孔中；所述通讯模块5安装在接触器2上，通讯模块5后端连接接触器2的接点，前端带有通讯接口6，可以通过线缆连接到控制系统。
其中，通讯接口6采用的协议是MODBUS通讯协议。
本实用新型通过插接式连接件连接断路器1和接触器2，安装时不需要工具，快速插接即可，大幅度节省了安装和接线的时间，同时可以连接到DCS或PLC控制系统，方便对电机启动器进行控制。

1.一种可通讯的电机启动器结构，包括一断路器和一接触器，断路器和接触器外壳带有槽孔，其特征在于：还包括一连接装置、一通讯模块，所述连接装置位于所述断路器和接触器之间，上端连接断路器，下端连接接触器；所述连接装置上下端带有插接件，对应断路器和接触器外壳原有的槽孔；所述通讯模块安装在接触器上，通讯模块后端连接接触器的接点，前端带有通讯接口，可以通过线缆连接到控制系统。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可通讯的电机启动器结构，其特征在于：通讯接口采用MODBUS通讯协议。
