技术领域
本实用新型涉及配电室电器保护装置领域,具体是一种能够实现配电室电器智能自控保护和远程监控保护的装置。
背景技术
随着我国经济的高速发展,城市电网体系也不断扩大。多年以来,针对配电室电器,大多采用现场控制启停。但是随着城市规模的增大,各个基层配电室所处位置也逐渐越来越远,为了对各个配电室进行保护,电力系统只能增加更多的维护人员,造成起了电力系统运行成本的大幅增加。同时由于配电室现场防爆要求、场地限制等因素的制约,需要对配电室电器进行远程监控。但是现有远程监控装置,其结构往往都很复杂,线路繁琐,不适合对大量的配电室电器进行远监控。
发明内容
本实用新型公开了配电室电器智能保护装置,它可以解决公知技术中存在的问题,实现对配电室电器的智能自控保护和远程监控保护,降低维护成本,确保配电室电器安全稳定运行。
本实用新型为实现上述目的,通过以下技术方案实现:配电室电器智能保护装置,包括总控制室和分控室,总控制室上安装第一无线信号发射接收装置,分控室上安装第二无线信号发射接收装置,在配电室电器上安装智能保护器、自控停止装置、自控启动装置、电路保护器和温度保护器,智能保护器通过导线与自控停止装置、自控启动装置、电路保护器和温度保护器分别连接,智能保护器内部设置信号处理器、无线信号发射接收模块、电器控制模块和存储模块。
所述无线信号发射接收装置是通过GSM公网进行通讯的无线信号发射接收装置。
对比现有技术,本实用新型的优点在于:
1、能够对配电室电器进行本地智能自动保护,对于紧急故障,实现自动关停,提高故障反应的及时性,确保电器安全运行,并且能够在故障修复后,自动恢复运行,使用和维护均非常方便。
2、设置有无线信号传输装置,能够实现远程监控保护,减少日常检修的劳动强度,便于提前发现隐患,提高装置的可靠性;
3、监控范围全面,能够及时发现各种故障;
4、可以同时对大量配电室电器进行监控,控制范围广;
5、采用无线信号传输监控结果,大大简化了线路铺设成本等。

本实用新型所述配电室电器智能保护装置,包括总控制室2和分控室4,总控制室2上安装第一无线信号发射接收装置1,分控室4上安装第二无线信号发射接收装置3。所述分控室4一般分布在城市的主要地区,是一个区域信号的中转站点,负责收集该地区各个配电室终端的监控信号,然后传输到总控制室2,并将总控制室2的控制信号再传输到各个配电室终端。采用这种双级信号传输的方式,能够降低各个配电室终端的信号传输设备要求,并且能够覆盖更为广阔的范围。在配电室电器10上安装智能保护器6、自控停止装置7、自控启动装置8、电路保护器12和温度保护器13,智能保护器6通过导线与自控停止装置7、自控启动装置8、电路保护器12和温度保护器13分别连接,智能保护器6内部设置信号处理器9、无线信号发射接收模块5、电器控制模块11和存储模块14。本实用新型所述智能保护器6,是其基于ARM处理器硬件平台和嵌入式实时操作系统的低压配电控制装置,可以实现保护、控制、通讯、测量、监视等功能,配有数据线端口,可以实现数据传输,用于对配电室电器10进行实时监控保护。
在上述实施例中,为了防止出现信号盲区,所述无线信号发射接收装置是通过GSM公网进行通讯的无线信号发射接收装置。采用GSM公网通讯,避免了数据传输的盲区,并且无需铺设通讯线路,降低了维护成本。
本实用新型使用时,通过智能保护器6、电路保护器12和温度保护器13对配电室电器10进行实时监控保护。当配电室电器10出现故障时,智能保护器6、电路保护器12和温度保护器13检测到故障信号并传输到智能保护器6,智能保 护器6对信号进行处理判断,并通过自控停止装置7及时关停配电室电器10。同时,智能保护器6通过无线信号发射接收模块5将故障信号传输到分控室4,分控室4再将信号传输到总控制室2,总控制室2通知维修人员进行维护,解决故障后,总控制室2发出启动信号,智能保护器6接收该信号并通过自控启动装置8重新启动配电室电器10。

1.配电室电器智能保护装置,其特征在于:包括总控制室(2)和分控室(4),总控制室(2)上安装第一无线信号发射接收装置(1),分控室(4)上安装第二无线信号发射接收装置(3),在配电室电器(10)上安装智能保护器(6)、自控停止装置(7)、自控启动装置(8)、电路保护器(12)和温度保护器(13),智能保护器(6)通过导线与自控停止装置(7)、自控启动装置(8)、电路保护器(12)和温度保护器(13)分别连接,智能保护器(6)内部设置信号处理器(9)、无线信号发射接收模块(5)、电器控制模块(11)和存储模块(14)。
