一种太阳能电池边框接头压紧装置,包括有底座,底座上方有冲压头,其特征在于:所述底座上分别设有两个间隔且相对的侧板,底座上位于侧板的前方还设有前挡板,所述冲压头的导杆底端固定连接有压板,所述的压板上设有多个针状压头,针状压头正对着相对的侧板之间。

将已卡合的太阳能电池边框和接头放置在底座的条形槽内,前挡板和侧板分别将其前方和左、右两侧分别抵挡住,起限位左右,再启动冲压头,导杆带着压板下行,压板上的针状压头将接头卡合处压实。
