本实用新型属于高压电器,具体涉及一种低阻抗高压隔离开关的刀闸装置,由触指(1);弹簧(2);触头(3);导电管(4);导电杆(5);导电片(6);导电管(7)组成。导电管与触指,导电管与触头全部是通过螺栓连接,导电管为压铸件。触指、触头材料为紫铜镀银,导电杆和接线盒部分采用紫铜导电片固定连接,增加其接触面积,减小接触电阻。触指接触部分依靠外压弹簧提供接触压力,为防止弹簧过流发热失效,弹簧处使用绝缘垫圈。有效减少主导电部分电阻,减小接触点发热,额定热稳定电流大。相同条件下,接触压力稳定可靠,从而具有载流容量大,电气性能稳定,整体上提高了高压隔离开关的电气可靠性,且工艺简单,维修方便,生产和维修成本低。

技术领域
本实用新型属于高压电器,具体涉及一种低阻抗高压隔离开关的刀闸装置。 
背景技术
隔离开关是高压开关电器中使用最多的一种电器,是在电路中起隔离作用。本身的工作原理及结构比较简单,但是由于使用量大,工作可靠性要求高,对变电所、电厂的设计、建立和安全运行的影响均较大。高压隔离开关是用来分、合无负荷状态电路,安全隔离检修设备和转换电路;并且在运行状态应能可靠地通过额定电流。目前与该技术较接近的高压隔离开关有GW4,GW5型,其导电部分由导电管、触指、弹簧、触头构成,其工作原理是:由弹簧提供触头与触指间的接触压力,合闸时分布于导电管两侧的触指与触头电气接触,其触头的接触部位仅限于触头两侧,因而接触线长成为限制触头载流容量的主要因素,因此触头在载流运行时受到外部环境的影响,例如灰尘及高温等极易引起触头发热;另一方面因触指的触点与弹簧构成桥电路,触指电阻不平衡增大,导致弹簧分流,当弹簧发热退火时,加速触头发热,最终导致触头过热烧毁,造成电气事故。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于解决以上缺点,在GW4,GW5型隔离开关刀闸装置的基础上对主导电部分优化设计和改进触指材料。 
实现上述目的的技术方案是: 
该结构中导电管与触指,导电管与触头全部是通过螺栓连接,导电管为压铸件。触指、触头材料为紫铜镀银,导电杆和接线盒部分采用紫铜导电片固定连接,增加其接触面积,减小接触电阻,导电杆和导电片采用固定的螺栓连接。触指接触部分依靠外压弹簧提供接触压力,为防止弹簧过流发热失效,弹簧处增加绝缘垫圈。 
有益效果: 
有效减少主导电部分电阻,减小接触点发热,额定热稳定电流大。相同条件下,接触压力稳定可靠,从而具有载流容量大,电气性能稳定,整体上提高了高压隔离开关的电气可靠性,且工艺简单,维修方便,生产和维修成本低。

如图1所示,该实用新型低阻抗的高压隔离开关的刀闸装置由触指(1)、弹簧(2)、触头(3)、导电管(4)、导电杆(5)、导电片(6)和导电管(7)组成。该结构中导电管(4)与触头(3),导电管(7)与触指(1)全部是通过螺栓连接,导电管(4)和导电管(7)为压铸件。触指(1)与触头(3)材料为紫铜镀银,导电杆(5)和导电管(7)和(4)部分采用紫铜导电片(6)固定连接,增加其接触面积,减小接触电阻。触指接触部分依靠外压弹簧(2)提供接触压力,为防止弹簧过流发热失效,弹簧处使用绝缘垫圈。

1.一种低阻抗高压隔离开关的刀闸装置由触指(1)、弹簧(2)、触头(3)、导电管(4)、导电杆(5)、导电片(6)和导电管(7)组成,其特征在于:导电管与触指,导电管与触头全部是通过螺栓连接,导电管为压铸件,导电杆和接线盒部分采用紫铜导电片固定连接,增加其接触面积,减小接触电阻,触指接触部分依靠外压弹簧提供接触压力,为防止弹簧过流发热失效,弹簧处使用绝缘垫圈。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种低阻抗高压隔离开关的刀闸装置,其特征在于:触指(1)和触头(3)采用紫铜镀银材料。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种低阻抗高压隔离开关的刀闸装置,其特征在于:导电杆(5)和导电片(6)采用固定的螺栓连接。
