本实用新型涉及一种电子元器件,尤其是一种带有定位槽的磁环。
背景技术
在电子产品中,经常用到磁环,通常起到吸收高频滤波的作用,在实际使用过程中,会在磁环上饶若干匝铜线,起到加强阻抗的作用。制作磁环的材料通常为铁氧体,所以磁环表面较为平整光滑。
然而表面光滑的磁环在饶铜线过程中作用力不均匀,使饶线容易出现滑动,导致绕线在磁环上的分布不均匀。
实用新型内容
为了克服以上技术的不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种带有定位槽的磁环,所述磁环能够让绕组均匀的分布于磁环上。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
带定位槽的磁环,包括磁环体,所述的磁环体环口处开有定位槽。所述定位槽为U形定位槽,且该定位槽相对于环口深度为3mm。
本实用新型通过在磁环体环口处开有若干个所述的定位槽,绕线能够方便准确的固定在定位槽中,使得绕线在磁环上的分布均匀。

具体实施方式
参照图1所示,带定位槽的磁环,包括磁环体1,所述的磁环体1有两处环口3,在任一处环口3处开有6个定位槽2。所述定位槽2为U形定位槽2,且该定位槽2在环口3深度为3mm。
本实用新型通过在磁环体1的环口3处开有若干个所述的定位槽2,绕线能够方便准确的固定在定位槽2中,使得绕线在磁环体1上的分布均匀。

1.带定位槽的磁环,包括磁环体,其特征在于:所述磁环体环口处开有定位槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的磁环,其特征在于:所述磁环体环口处开有6个定位槽。
3.根据权利要求2所述的磁环,其特征在于:所述6个定位槽为U形定位槽。
4.根据权利要求3所述的磁环,其特征在于:所述6个U形定位槽相对于环口深度为3mm。
