背景技术
随着经济的快速发展,对化工用电缆有各种各样的特殊需求,但是目前电缆防水、抗静电场、防爆性能、耐压性能差,尤其电缆在使用过程中不能出现任何问题,单一的电缆结构已无法满足多样化的要求。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了解决目前化工用电缆存在的上述问题,提供一种具有良好的防水、抗静电场、防爆性能好且具有极高的耐压性的电缆。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种防水防爆电缆,该电缆包括导体及导体外表面依次紧密包裹的内绝缘层、金属屏蔽层和外护层,金属屏蔽层为镀锡铜丝编织和铝塑复合带纵包构成。
所述的导体可采用多根金属拉制而成,优选为多股镀锡铜线绞合构成,保证电缆的电能及微弱信号的有效传输。内绝缘层紧密包裹导体,内绝缘层可为厚度为1~4mm的硅橡胶层,优选厚度为3~4mm的超厚度硅橡胶层,具有更佳的绝缘性能。外护层紧密包裹金属屏蔽层,外防护层优选采用聚全氟乙丙烯(FEP)挤包构成,保证了电缆的防水、抗静电功能。
与现有技术比较本实用新型的有益效果:
本实用新型电缆结构简单,机械性能好,成本低,具有良好的防水、抗静电场和防爆性能,还具备极高的耐压性,适合用于高压防水防静电场所,并且工作可靠。

下面结合附图与实施例对本实用新型做进一步说明。
如图1所示,本实用新型防水防爆电缆,包括导体1及导体1外表面依次紧密包裹的内绝缘层2、金属屏蔽层3和外护层4,其特征在于金属屏蔽层3为镀锡铜丝编织和铝塑复合带纵包构成。导体1为多股镀锡铜线绞合构成,保证电缆的电能及微弱信号的有效传输。内绝缘层2紧密包裹导体1,内绝缘层2为厚度为1~4mm的硅橡胶层,优选厚度为3~4mm的超厚度硅橡胶层,具有更佳的绝缘性能。外护层4紧密被覆金属屏蔽层3,外防护层4为聚全氟乙丙烯挤包构成,保证了电缆的防水、抗静电功能。

1.一种防水防爆电缆,该电缆包括导体(1)及导体(1)外表面依次紧密包裹的内绝缘层(2)、金属屏蔽层(3)和外护层(4),其特征在于金属屏蔽层(3)为镀锡铜丝编织和铝塑复合带纵包构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水防爆电缆,其特征在于所述的导体(1)为多股镀锡铜线绞合构成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防水防爆电缆,其特征在于内绝缘层(2)为厚度为1~4mm的硅橡胶层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的防水防爆电缆,其特征在于内绝缘层(2)为厚度为3~4mm的硅橡胶层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防水防爆电缆,其特征在于所述的外护层(4)为聚全氟乙丙烯挤包构成。
