目前极板生产制造企业的极板转运,尤其是对外销售的极板均使用普通纸箱,内衬塑料薄膜用以防潮,该类包装模式为一次性包装,在极板转运过程中极板难以避免的受到颠簸和震动,以及阴雨天受潮,对极板质量产生影响,更加难以处理的是该类纸箱和塑料薄膜,因为或多或少含铅粉尘,不能以普通工业垃圾予以处理,按照国家相关规定,必须作为危险固废送达具有资质的处理公司进行处理;处理费用极其高昂,增加企业运营成本。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种蓄电池极板周转箱,能够循环使用的环保型蓄电池极板周转箱;实现蓄电池极板具有转运过程防护、密封式转运及外销。 
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:蓄电池极板周转箱,包括上盖和箱体,所述上盖和箱体通过四周的扣链连接,所述箱体下部设有一块多孔挡板。 
作为优选,所述上盖内设有一个干燥剂放置盒,用以放置干燥剂。 
作为优选,所述箱体边沿四周设有密封圈,用以保证上盖和箱体之间的密封。 
作为优选,所述箱体侧壁为斜面,用以在规定位置放置挡板。 
作为优选,所述箱体底部设有软橡胶缓冲垫,用以在极板内部流转过程中 的极板颠簸防护。

图1所示为本实用新型蓄电池极板周转箱,包括上盖1和箱体2,所述上盖1和箱体2通过四周的扣链5连接,所述箱体2下部设有一块多孔挡板6。所述上盖1内设有一个干燥剂放置盒3。所述箱体2边沿四周设有密封圈4。所述箱体2侧壁为斜面。所述箱体2底部设有软橡胶缓冲垫7。 
极板在箱体内侧向放置。上盖与箱体具有四条扣链,用以扣合上盖与箱体,压紧密封圈予以密封。多孔挡板6用以收集极板掉落的极板浮粉,该挡板可自由拆卸,用以清理箱底的极板浮粉。

1.蓄电池极板周转箱,包括上盖(1)和箱体(2),其特征在于:所述上盖(1)和箱体(2)通过四周的扣链(5)连接,所述箱体(2)下部设有一块多孔挡板(6)。
